very good, will come back if ever in Rome again.

Pros: the owner is the nicest, truly a nice soul. everything was very clean and beds were comfortable. for the money you pay it is very nice and deserves more recognition. it is a humble bedroom but the best i have seen on this price range. it was easy to locate when we got there and public transportation is easy to access from the accommodation. the handing over of the keys/check-in was flawless. and again, the owner is super super nice (may also be important to know that he has a good level of english so communication is also easy).

Good value

Pros: Location was safe and hotel staff very helpful and friendly. Great value considering how busy the city is for the Jubilee and other events.

Cons: The region and building are a bit run down, but that’s Rome really.

Enjoying in Rome - Branko and Vasilije

Pros: Great location. Mr. Sabino is kind, helpful and proffesional. Room was clean and cosy.

Cons: Everything was great.

Pros: Sabino is just an awesome guy who genuinely makes you feel like at home. Location was great, with easy access to train station, metro, bus, supermarkets, etc.

Cons: The house has little amenities and only coffee is included. This is not expensive for Rome, but Rome is expensive vs rest of Italy. Our room had a small issue with a window that made a disturbing noise during a windy night, but next day Sabino did what he could to fix it and the noise came down a lot.

Convenient accommodation that focuses on getting the basics right rather than offering extra frills.

Pros: A clean, comfortable and friendly place to stay in a great location. We especially appreciated having a helpful member of staff on the desk (Sabino) who welcomed us to the property, explained how everything worked and helped us when we had a problem with our key.

Cons: The furnishings are a bit basic - this isn't a luxury hotel - but we didn't mind because all the important things are there (comfortable bed, good working shower, helpful staff).

B&B had a kettle, cutlery ,plates, tea, coffee.

Pros: It was easy to reach B& B on foot (15 min, almost on the straight line & on flat surface) from Termini station and airport bus. B& B had many fresh towels in the bathroom. There were kettle, plates, cutlery, tea and coffee. There are oil paintings on the walls denoting artistic touch. Queen size bed was comfortable, room was spacious. Entire building is well secured, there is well kept garden in the courtyard. There is supermarket and excellent, inexpensive gelateria just around the corner. Proprietor gave us the map and explained how to reach the Colosseum on foot in 20 min. I forgot some stuff in the room upon checking out, sent him email through Booking.com from another city and he answered that he will keep my stuff. We collected it after 3 days, well preserved. We were so touched by this gesture. Thank you very much for the hospitality!

Magnifique :)

Pros: We had an excellent stay! First of all, a big thank you to Sabino, who was truly kind, helpful, and always available 🙂. The apartment is perfectly located: just a short walk from the Colosseum, the metro, buses, and especially Termini station, which makes getting around very easy. As for the neighborhood, don’t listen to those who say it’s unsafe — we found it calm and we always felt completely safe at any time of the day or night. In short, the apartment has everything you could wish for, and I highly recommend it

Pros: The host was welcoming and knowledgeable. Easy to chat, too. I was initially a bit concerned about the location as I read the central train station area can be a bit unpleasant.. and to be fair, the area wasn't the cleanest, but it felt safe enough. The train station has a great food hall and is less than 10 mins from the hotel. We got our bus from and to the airport directly from there. Sabino (host), genuinely interested in your stay and gave tips on transport and staying safe. Thanks Sabino.. great visit to Rome!

Cons: The decor is tired..but for the price and location an easy trade off.

Pros: Sanbino was extremely helpful. He was also friendly and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. Parking was not too far away and quite easy to get to after Sanbino gave us directions.

Cons: Room and bathroom were in need of renovation with loose tiles on floor and it was very old fashioned. Rooms are on 2nd floor and lift was not working. I am not sure how long it has been since it was working.

Pros: Great location for walking into the centre of Rome. Restaurants and Cafes nearby. Host- Sambino- was friendly and helpful. Pictures of rooms accurate.
