Beautiful, spacious apartment in a quiet, local area of Rome
Pros: I really enjoyed my stay at this apartment in Rome! The building entrance is stunning, and the apartment itself is spacious — with a large living room, a big bedroom, and a huge, fully equipped kitchen. The area is lovely and quiet, more local and authentic, with hardly any tourists around. There are plenty of great restaurants and bars nearby, giving you a real taste of Roman life. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a more local experience in Rome!

Very sunny apartment in a very nice area
Pros: Very sunny apartment in a nice area with lots of shops. We did not travel for tourism but the owner is providing some tips on how to reach main attractions. Accessing the wifi is very easy, thanks to the QR code provided. The owner is very nice and fast in answering in case you have any question.
Cons: All was good and pleasant. If I have to recommend something, I would add instructions on waste sorting as guests might not be so familiar with the way waste is separated in Rome and where to find the bins. They are in front of the house, on the other side, but people might look for smaller ones in the building like we have in Budapest.

Pros: The apartment is very spacious. Through the window of the kitchen and bathroom there is a view of the inner courtyard. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. There are many different cafes around. The bus stop is also nearby.

Pros: Quartiere molto bello, con tanti servizi vicini; bar, supermercato e ristoranti. Metro a 10 minuti a piedi. Abitazione accogliente e pulita!!! Molto bello e silenzioso il contesto condominiale!
Cons: Riscaldamento con climatizzatore, bagno e cucina rimangono un po' fresche.

Ottima posizione, struttura un po’ datata
Pros: Ottima posizione, all’interno della cucina trovi tutto l’occorrente anche per cucinare qualcosa; buono il rapporto qualità prezzo.
Cons: La struttura è evidentemente datata, in particolare il bagno non è mai stato rinnovato, lo sciacquone molto molto rumoroso. La tenda della doccia è sporca e non abbiamo trovato nessun tappetino per non bagnare ovunque.

Trotz der kleinen Mängel eine sehr empfehlenswerte und schöne Wohnung in einem angenehmen Stadtteil
Pros: Großzügige, helle Wohnung in einem sehr schönen Stadtteil mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und kleinen Läden, gute Busanbindung vor der Tür, zuverlässiger und angenehmer Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber. Besonders den sonnigen kleinen Balkon haben wir genossen.
Cons: Die Küchenausstattung könnte verbessert werden (z.B. kleine Schalen/Schüsseln, Messer, mit denen man Obst oder Gemüse schneiden kann, Bialetti nicht sauber). Die Betten knarzen sehr laut bei kleinen Bewegungen. Sehr grelle Beleuchtung im Wohnzimmer

Pros: Отличная современная квартира, где есть все необходимое, чтобы вдали от дома, почувствовать себя уютно и расслабленно! Просторно, чисто, красиво. Шикарное постельное белье цвета Тиффани просто покорило! Просторная гостиная, уютная спальня, кухня с кладовой, туалет с ванной - везде чистота и порядок. Красивые люстры и дополнительное освещение- всё создавало атмосферу уюта. Подъезд с интересным лифтом, впервые такой встречаем) Хороший район, рядом есть кафе и магазинчики, аптека, недалеко супермаркет. Прямо у выхода из чудесного зеленого дворика с милым фонтанчиком остановка автобуса.
Cons: Довольно далеко от туристических достопримечательностей

Un séjour parfait
Pros: Tout! Qualité exceptionnelle des lieux, un équipement presque parfait et un emplacement idéal pour aller visiter Rome avec des transports publics au pied de l’immeuble des commerces de bouche proches mais aussi quelques bons restaurants. On a prévu de relouer cet appartement prochainement
