Pros: It is in walkable distance from most attractions and Rome train station. It was clean, we had the option of having fresh towels every day and the room was clean every day as well.
Cons: A little bit noisy sometimes, but when windows are closed most of the noise gets cancelled out.

Escape the high pace of exploring Rome with this room!
Pros: A perfect hide away from the high energy needed to explore Rome! A great bed and bathroom area where you can return for sleep before putting in another 25k steps the next day! Paolo sets out clear and easy instructions to make sure your stay is easy and there's lots of flexibility to work around your itinerary.

Pros: Great Stay with a Fantastic Host! Paolo is an amazing host—helpful and always available when needed. - The apartment provides everything you need: towels, a hairdryer, shampoo, and shower gel. There's also water, tea, and coffee available, which is a nice touch. - The beds are slightly on the firmer side, but if you're just sleeping there and spending most of your time exploring, it's totally fine (plus, the pillow is really comfy!). - The location is great—about 20 minutes to the Colosseum and just 5 minutes from a lovely park.
Cons: A couple of minor things to note: - The walls are a bit thin, so you might hear some noise. - Hot water is available, but it takes about 30 seconds to a minute to start flowing, so keep that in mind. - There's no separate hand soap, but you can use the shower gel provided, so it's not really an issue.

Pros: Very good location, we went to Colosseum by foot. It is also near Termini station. Clean, good communication, etc.
Cons: Not a big issue, but you have to wait for hot water a little bit when showering.

Pros: Very good area. Nearby park, metro, train station. Many good restaurants and cafes. Nice staff.
Cons: The room and the price correspond. But there are several things that are worth paying attention to. There are no dishes in the room (plates, knives, forks, glasses). The bed is very dangerous (the mattress is smaller than the bed and this makes it difficult to navigate). For this reason, I hit my foot several times. The lighting near the bed is very high. Therefore, you need to get up to turn off the light. The table is very uncomfortable, on one stand. It wobbles a lot. But I think that these nuances can be corrected.

Good location and comfortable for a short stay in Roma
Pros: Location was great! A short walk from the tram, bus, and metro stop. In our case, we were able to check in early and given very clear instructions on how to enter the property and where our room was. We were also given slippers for the stay which was a nice touch. The room was very much like the pictures and the beds were very comfy. Paolo was very helpful and very kind! There were also a lot of tea options and a water cooler with hot and cold water! Overall a good place to stay for a short trip to Rome!
