Fabulous - cleaned every day, and so close to major attractions and public transport.

Pros: Excellent location - 20 minute walk to the colosseum, 3 minute walk to train/metro/bus stop. Friendly and authentic neighbourhood with lots of locally owned food/wine/coffee to choose from. There was also a large park close by with live music and entertainment most evenings of our stay.

Cons: A bigger fridge and table would’ve been useful, but not a necessity given we spent most of our time out and exploring!

A clean, cozy, central, cute room with everything you need :)

Pros: Everything was really clean and cozy! The instructions from the owners were explicit and easy to follow. The room was awesome, we had everything we needed and the beds were utterly comfortable. The room was quite near the Termini Station and we had a lot of shops near us including a coffee shop just across the street where we took our breakfast. I recommend this with all of my heart! Thank you so much!

Cons: There was nothing we did not like! 11/10 from us :)

Lovely room in good quiet location

Pros: Great room close to Metro and less than 20 minutes walk from Colosseum. Lovely accomdating staff and the fridge in the room was an unexpected bonus!

Cons: Nothing, all good.

An amazing stay

Pros: Everything was perfect, the staff was extremely nice and welcoming, the room and bed were spacious and comfortable, it is perfectly located (5min away from a metro station which takes you to the most important spots in the city) and 20min away from the Colosseum Archeological park and the room was perfectly clean everyday. The hosts were at our disposal for any information and responded quickly, they left water bottles and tea in our rooms. For breakfast, we often went to the main plazza next to our stay (Piazza Vittorio Emanuele II) where there was numerous good and cheap options to choose from, for dinner, there are also very good restaurants around. All in all, it was a perfect experience and we will definetly come back.

Cons: The last day, our shower had a little cold water, but it was no problem for us and got fixed quickly.

Pros: Lovely clean room well maintained. Fresh bottles of water each day. Quiet due to room at back of building. Great conversion of an apartment into a few hotel rooms. Excellent shower in modern facilities.
