Welcoming, homely and clean

Pros: Paulo was very welcoming and helpful. The room was very clean and the daily servicing was unexpected but appreciated. The bed was super comfortable. The common area with complimentary snacks and tea/coffee was great for travellers

Cons: A little way from the main tourist area made it more difficult to revisit areas due to the walking involved. However this also made for a quieter sleep and less expensive places to eat which was good

Pros: Friendly helpful hosts. The property was clean had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and was close to public transport and some of the main tourist attractions.

Cozy and welcoming accomodation close to main turist attractions

Pros: The property is walking distance from main city attractions, very good restaurants and shops. The room was comfortable and clean, daily room service, the common area/kitchen was clean and well equipped for coffee and snacks. Paolo, the host is very nice and helpful, quickly answering all questions.

Not in the centre of Rome but a handy location.

Pros: The property is in easy reach of the main Rome train station and is close to a metro line. Also close to buses and trams. It's an easy walk to the Colosseum. Each room has a bar fridge but no electric jug. There is however a communal snack area well stocked with a large array of packaged biscuits and cakes etc where a coffee machine, electric jug and microwave are available. The room we had was beautiful, very clean and comfortable and with plenty of room for 2 suitcases. The bathroom is big with plenty of space around the vanity for toiletries and a good sized shower. The rooms are on the 4th floor and there is a lift. Paolo the manager is easily contactable if necessary and lovely to interact with.

Pros: Paolo was very helpful. Provided food options in different areas of Rome. Small issue with the hot water, which he remedied quickly. Close to Rome Termini and the metro, an easy walk to the Colosseum and Forum. Would highly recommend staying here.

Pros: Paolo è un altro motivo per amare l'Italia! I highly recommend this hotel. The added value of the people who take care of it goes beyond the money you pay for your stay there. Paolo gave us invaluable advice on reservations, restaurants and visits. We also received a very nice surprise in the room one night. The place is 15 min. from everything you want to see in Rome. The neighborhood has everything you need. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Our visit was at the end of September and the weather was wonderful.

Very comfortable and in great location. 20 minutes walk from the termini.

Pros: Breakfast was not supplied. However, the host, Paolo, gave us an excellent recommendation for a nearby Cafe. Paolo was very helpful in many ways. The weather was very hot and he turned on the aircon remotely for us before the scheduled automatic time. Nothing was too much trouble.

Cons: Nothing to declare!

Excellent location, very stylish decoration and a very commitment and helpful host.

Pros: Paolo is clearly a very good host, full of knowledge and care for his guests. You can be sure that he will go the extra mile to support you. I loved the tastefully designed decoration of the room and communal areas. It’s was a perfect location to find after a late arrival from Rome Termini, and very close to the Colosseum and foro, for an early visit.

A wonderful day in Rome with an exceptionally friendly host.

Pros: Paolo is an extremely friendly and passionate host. We felt very comfortable from the very first second. The accommodation is located near a metro station, and the rooms are quiet, facing the inner courtyard. The atmosphere is a bit like a hostel (in a positive sense) but with much more comfort. Good air conditioning that does not cause any direct draughts, which I really appreciate. Thank you, Paolo, for the great time in Rome.
