value for money

Pros: The room was very clean with all basic facilities. I asked for an early check in and my petition was fulfilled. The fully equipped common kitchen was very useful to prepare breakfast.

Cons: As other guests have mentioned soundproofing is not the strong point of this acomondation, I was lucky that during my stay the place wasn't busy. The room was clean but damages of the bed head provoked me negative impresion.

Super nice for 2-3 nights, all you need is there!

Pros: Good location, easy access and comfortable set-up of the room - all you need, including fresh towels every day.

Cons: We all would always love to pay less :)

Pros: 2min to metro, 20min walking distance to Colloseum, 20min to main railway station, close to restaurants, bar and grocery etc. great shared kitchen with all you need, quiet area, easy check-in, helpful owner, new equipment, free coffee! Good sized room, comfy bed, balcony

Cons: Some part of bathroom could be cleaned better..

Pros: Everything is amazing, great location of the hotel for subway or buses, the room is big and clean (they clean it everyday), very nice staff with people. For sure when i come back in Rome i will stay again here !

Clean rooms in Rome

Pros: Conveniently located close to Termini station and close to a metro stop. Good value-price ratio. Very clean roomwith a private bathroom. There is a coffee machine in the room with capsule. The windows could be opened. I would recommend it.

Cons: The neighborhood is not the best, there are some homeless people around, they were quiet though. The cleaning personnel left the window open for the whole day and it was very cold in my room, then I had some difficulties with the heat, but I got help from an employee.

Pros: The personal was very welcoming and kind, fast communication, room was clean, with a nice smell. The location was perfect, the neighbourhood was really peaceful, really close to a metro station/ bus/ market, 15 min on foot to Colosseum. Really a great find!

Cons: I believe the walls were a bit thin as we sometimes heard some noise but it did not affect us at all, it's normal in an apartment building.

Pros: We had an excellent time! The owner and the staff were amazing! We had water daily to drink and the cleaning too! I highly recommend this place to stay it’s amazing!!
