We have walked 80%of Rome Must-To-visit from there.
Pros: Perfect location between Termini and monuments area. It has been like home, and staff let us store bags before and after our staying (thanks, thanks, thanks).
Cons: Chinese school singing and screaming in the afternoon, but we were there for just 30’.

Pros: The location was amazing because your between two metro stations (manzoni and vitorio emanuele). The stuff super friendly. Room always clean.
Cons: I cant say that i didnt like anything just the breakfast isn’t breakfast. Basically they have basket of snacks sweets and theres meet in the fridge juice and water. For many people it would be a problem but for me and my friend we were okay. We would have breakfast in a cafe and this snack we would use as a dinner kind of thing after coming back from bars and pubs at 2-3 am in the morning. So it was okay but if your waiting for big breakfast its not.

Well located little gem
Pros: The location was very convenient with many local bars, restaurants, and shops within short walking distance. The guest house is located in an old town house, with rooms individualy locked within the guest house. The room itself is clean and modest, cleaned by staff every day. For a bonus well stuffed and regularly refilled fridge and box of pastries.
Cons: If you are not a fan of air con, which by the way, worked very well. The window of our room was facing the street, on the ground floor, which itself wasn't busy at all. On the other hand, Rome never sleeps. All in all, it's a window high probability it will face the street.

Perfect place to stay for our 24 hours in Rome
Pros: Staff were super accommodating, location was great walked everywhere and didn’t have to rush in the morning to get to the train station to leave. We only stayed one night and this was perfect. Mini fridge and snacks were also greatly appreciated, meant we could keep our left over sandwich haha
Cons: Nothing that we particularly disliked - perhaps a bit clearer on the actual location although once we read the plaque on the wall it was clear

Lovely room near to the Colosseum!
Pros: Very clean and good location - 15 minute walk to the train station. And plenty of public transport near to explore the city! The room was clean and bed comfortable! There is also a kitchen included (microwave, kettle, fridge) so can easily make food if you wanted. Matteo was a lovely host! Messaged me prior to our arrival and even had the room ready way before check in time which was great! Thank you
Cons: Only issue is the toilet flush. It works but very noisy and doesn’t always flush the first time (takes a while for the water to refill). We only stayed for 2 nights and were out most of the time so didn’t really bother us!

A good choice for a Hotel
Pros: Pictures are authentic. Clean and centrally located. A good choice for a hotel.
Cons: Breakfast is not breakfast. There are snacks in the room. There's a kitchen where to make breakfast. Ham, cheese and bread are offered. Also coffee. A bit early check out time (10.30).

Fantastic guest house
Pros: Matteo was very helpful and accommodating to requests which we had he made happen. Rooms cleaned daily and restocked whatever we had used. Great central location close to bus and tram links to see the city. Air con was a life saver on our visit in July. The price is very reasonable.
Cons: Walls are a bit to thin
