Pros: Very good value for money, quiet and spacious, nice area with perfect connections. You feel more like a Roman normal than a tourist.

Practical, beautiful, comfortable

Pros: The host is very flexible with our requests, check-in and payment are very easy, the room is perfect. Everything is within walking distance.

Cons: The nearby park would be very nice and cozy, but unfortunately there are a lot of homeless people there.

Rome is expensive but this place is good value!

Pros: The room is very spacious and well set up. It was all very clean and the host was easy to communicate with. There’s a shared kitchen and bathroom. One bathroom shared between up to potentially 7-8 guests is quite a lot but luckily we didn’t have any issues with that.

Overall good.

Pros: Cleanliness was exceptional. Host is easily reachable and responsive in case if any support needed. The organisation by host was great.

Cons: I didn't find the location of the apartment sophisticated. People concerned about safety, theft, etc. might find it challenging. I come from Germany, where I haven't felt so insecure, even in the shadiest part of it, so may be that's only my own feeling. There was no hot water available. I had to take chilled water bath, not something that I prefer.

Perfect

Pros: The stay was perfect — close to the city center and all transportation options. The host was very helpful via WhatsApp, always available and checking in to make sure everything was going well. The room was spotless, fully equipped with everything needed, and the remote access was smooth and convenient. Highly recommended!

Pros: The location was perfect. We did not need to use any public transportation to get to all attractions. The owner was extremely responsive and kind, they even provided us with the map of suggested restaurants around the facility. The appartment is clean and well supplied. 10/10
