Would recommend as a cheap, good value place for a few nights in Rome.

Pros: Good location to the colosseum and central station. Bathrooms were cleaned daily which was good.

Cons: The room was a little bit cold because the heater didn’t heat up the whole room, but there were extra blankets supplied.

Pros: Paolo give me the option to use other place because I was scared of bedbugs (I read the other reviews) or get the money back. I take the other room in other apartment, was good 😊 thank you Paolo for understanding !

Great stay, in the centre of Rome

Pros: It was a great stay, very large and clean rooms, the communication with Paolo was excellent, he was so king and helped us with everything we wanted. Also the location of the rooms was great-metro was just around the corner and you could even walk by feet to Rome's center.Highly recommended!Thank you so much for everything Paolo!!

Pros: Excelente ubicación, cerca del coliseo y del foro romano, se puede llegar andando sin problema. La Habitación, si bien es básica en sus prestaciones, es muy amplia y limpia, lo mismo los baños. Buena relación precio calidad.

Welcome place to use as a base to explore the capitol areas of Rome

Pros: Very close to the train station; Only 15 minute walk to the colosseum. Host met me there and gave me a tour. Two bathrooms to share. Nice warm water. Warm linens. Elevator in building helps because it's on the 7th floor.

Cons: Be VERY precise about your arrival. He will meet you there, so if you arrive early or late, you may have to wait for him to arrive. The internet says this is a bad neighborhood, but I didn't have any issues. Nothing I didn't like, but I thought you should know these tidbits.
