Surely would repeat!!! I Loved Rome. Owner was very helpful

Pros: Location was just perfect. Easy walking distance to the Colosseo or the Termini. Far enough to the crowded hot spots where simple walking and gazing at the city is complicated. Returning to the peace of Plaza Dante was comforting.

Cons: For those travelling light should be no big issue a stair climb to the second floor and finally I´d suggest a new mattress... that´s it. Great Piazza Dante. Great Casa di Roma.

Pros: Carlo is great host :)).. Quiet, clean, with Italian charm, great neighborhood, location, price.. :)

Wonderful Stay with Great Support & Location! (Shared Facilities to Consider)

Pros: The hotel owner was very friendly and supported me anytime I had some questions. After reservation, I asked him many questions about information on events. He gave me informative advice. Additionally, the hotel's location is very close to Termini Station. The nearest station was Vittorio Emanuele station, which is on the A line, and it was just a 10-minute walk away. Furthermore, their Wi-Fi speed was very fast. Download and upload speeds were more than 100 Mbps.

Cons: The hotel is affordable and in a city area, but as the bath, toilet, and kitchen are shared, some guests probably do not feel comfortable.

Pros: Carlos, su anfitrión muy amable, la ubicación cerca de Roma Termini y también muy cerca del Coliseo.

Grateful I found this rental.

Pros: Carlo was a great host! This location was really good in for location and accommodation. Quick walk to two metro stations. I also felt safe at the apartment and walking around the neighborhood. I had a rough trip before I got to Rome, and my experience at Casa di Roma was good because it was a quiet place where I could rest and recharge. Thank you Carlo for the great experience!

12/10 für diese tolle Lage

Pros: Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral und jede Sehenswürdigkeit in Rom ist fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Der Bahnhof Roma Termini ist nur eine Haltestelle entfernt. Die Wohnung liegt in einem wirklich schönen, ruhigen und familiären Umfeld. Der Gastgeber Carlo ist wirklich sehr nett und unheimlich hilfreich.

Cons: Die Sauberkeit entspricht indischen Verhältnissen.

Pros: Carlo muy amable, dispuesto a resolver dudas y entregar sugerencias Buen desayuno

Posizione stupenda!

Pros: Carlo è stato molto gentile, era sempre al corrente del mio arrivo, mi ha orientato e mi ha detto quale mezzo prendere. La posizione dil albergo è ottima, vicino al centro! A soli 10 minuti a piedi dal Colosseo. Il quartiere è sicuro di notte.

Cons: Ha bisogno di pulizia.
