Pros: Great location, close to the Colloseum and to metro stops to get everywhere. Really clean and comfortable. We found it great value for money and our hosts were really nice and gave us some great local reccomendations. I would recommend.

Pros: The position of this small friendly hotel of self-contained rooms is excellent for walking to the Colosseum and all the sites beyond it. It's also close enough to the Termini and other metro stations to make using public transport easy. The owners are friendly and helpful, and provided a great list of suggested restaurants and rooftop bars in the area. There are a number of supermarkets in the area to stock the small fridge in the room. There are no other kitchen facilities as such. And yes, my room had a lovely view across trees and old buildings.

Cons: Bathroom toiletries are minimal, so bring your own or buy some locally, as I did.

Comfortable stay in great location!

Pros: Great location, walking distance to many public transport. Nice restaurants around and supermarket close by. Large bed very comfortable and daily cleans! The host was very communicative and offered many recommendations.

Cons: The shower head seemed to be missing so I preferred to use the hand held shower which was a little disappointing. The mini fridge wasn’t very cold and made loud noises sometimes. Very minor so did not affect our wonderful stay!

Felt almost like home!

Pros: Excellent location, close to several train stations, the Colosseum, and the Basilica of Santa Maria! The room was excellent, super comfortable, both the bed and the pillows. The bathroom was in excellent condition, and they even clean your room every day if you wish. My room had a beautiful view – it was a real pleasure to rest there. I’ll definitely return to the same place!

Lovely host - good experience.

Pros: The host was lovely and was very accommodating - overall pleasant experience.

Cons: Shower was abit small - no window in the bathroom which can feel quite claustrophobic. The kitchen appliances such as the kettle and the coffee machine had limescale which we couldn’t use.

Pros: We fell in love with the room and the location — it was the best place to stay. It truly felt like home. The room was clean, spacious, and cleaned daily. The view from the window looked directly onto a beautiful church. It was cosy and comfortable. We loved everything and highly recommend it!

Pros: Great location- wonderful pizza place recommended in Via Galilei - Room was well appointed, comfortable and bed made daily- mini fridge and drinks - and good hanging space - shower and washing facilities good - secure entry to building with lift or stairs- good wi-fi - great communication with host who’s daughter collected us from Termini on arrival- will hope to visit again soon
