Perfect Location Just Around the Corner from the Colosseum

Pros: The accommodation has a truly excellent location – the Colosseum is literally just around the corner, and we were able to walk everywhere easily. We got here comfortably from the airport by public transport (first by bus and then by metro, with the metro stop just a short walk from the accommodation). We felt very comfortable during our stay, the place was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. I would definitely recommend it.

Excellent value for the price paid.

Pros: It was clean, warm and close to all the most notable Rome’s tourist locations. For the one’s further out of reach, metro station was just a block away, so getting around the town was very easy from this location.

Cons: The communication between me and the owner, there was a slight language barrier there.

Pros: The location was the best part,very kind staff and the room was perfect for a couple and very clean. Also great shower!

Pros: Location. A last minute booking to help us re-locate friends

Cons: We made the booking late in the day and began to travel[slowly] to Rome. We missed the follow up emails while on the road so we didn't realise that it was a door code situation. Late at night this was stressful sorting access. We live in an i-phone world.

Pros: Simple but clean and comfortable. In a good location if entering and leaving Rome via the train station. Close to the colosseum and Roman forum.

Excellent stay when in Rome!

Pros: Great location, many restaurants and at walking distance from the Colloseum. On a busy street but quiet (depending on your neighbouring guest). If you're lucky there is even parking right in front of the door.

Great little rooms, clean & comfy

Pros: Very comfortable mattress & pillow, well equipped

Cons: The access through the front door- keys didn’t work. The noise of everyone buzzing to try get in the door. The buzzer is horrendously loud in the foyer- it should just be in the room of the person in charge & not effecting the guests at all hours of the day & night.

Pros: The location is great. Very close to the bus stops, metro station and grocery store. In proximity there is a good caffe, that is oriented towards locals, not tourists.

Pros: The staff cleaned the room every day, which made me feel special. The working air conditioning is a lifesaver in the hot summer. Convenient location, with many restaurants nearby

Cons: You need to remember to bring cash for the tax, which can be a bit annoying, but apart from that everything is great. If you are sensitive to noise, you should be careful because the water in the bathroom keeps running loudly even while you sleep
