Pros: Great location, few blocks from Termini. Small room with single bed but great rate on room so didn't mind

Cons: Check in desk area reeked of cig smoke.

All the necessities and a good stay overall - I'll book again.

Pros: It was good value for money - the room was big and clean, bed comfy and shower hot. Everything was in good repair. I'd stay here again next time I'm in Rome.

Cons: The extra charge for AC is a bit strange, but if this lowers the price I don't mind as I don't use AC. A great addition would be a little kettle and mug with tea and coffee as an option to start the day or end a long one. It may be worth to note on the website that the elevator is quite narrow and small - it made me regret all the extra chocolates I had on vacation.

Good for 1-2 nights

Pros: It's very close to the Roma Termini railway station. The room was big with comfortable beds. The cheapest option for Rome with more or less fine conditions.

Cons: You have to pay extra for air conditioning system for each day of your stay if you want to be alive in summer... The main door is old. You have to figure out how to open it. We asked for help twice to open it without breaking the keys. No breakfast option.

You get what you pay for

Pros: Great location, small but compact room, spacious bathroom for Italian standards, pleasant check-in and check-out, good value for money.

Pros: I did like a lot location..and I was extremely satisfied with cleanless.

Good basic room to sleep

Pros: Location was great close to Termini but away from noicy traffic, room was neat, shower worked well, the room did not have any smell and windows kept the noice out. Basicly everything you need from a hotel room to sleep.

Cons: The room had everything they said it would, but nothing extra. So no fridge, safety deposit or electric kettle.

Excellent price-value, recommend

Pros: Superb place for an extremely reasonable price, great location (close to the main subway lines and getting there from an airport is a breeze - take a train/bus and you are here). Everything was clean, bed was comfy for me. Room temperature in March was good, but bring long pants and sweatshirt if you get cold easily. There is a supermarket nearby also. The staff was very pleasant and attentive, easy check in, ability to leave at any time (they give you keys to the building), easy early checkout. Grazzie!

Cons: There is no fridge or kettle, but there are some places nearby that are open even at night and early morning

Pros: Best option for a cheap city trip, You get everything you need, own shower and toilet in your room. Very quiet, nice balcony to street view

Pros: The receptionist was really nice. The room was clean, bed is very comfortable. Room cleaning great. It is one star hotel so it is simple but very nice, clean. We recomend it, it is in the centre so you can go on foot to lot of tourist attractions. Also Termini Station is near so publici transportation is available quickly.

I don’t understand the negative reviews I came across; everything during my stay was pleasant and met my expectations.
