Beautiful apartment in convenient location and good value for money

Pros: The host, Barbara was very responsive in communicating with us all the time. The apartment was very close to a metro station. Better still, a supermarket was just next to the metro station. Barbara has put a lot of thought to ensure her guests would enjoy their stay there. The apartment was neat and tastefully decorated. The kitchen thought a little small was well equipped. I was quite surprised to find a non stick frying pan without any scratches (most if not all other places I have stayed before usually came with frying pans in bad conditions)

Cons: The shower was a little tight but still ok for us

Pros: The flat is in area with many restaurants, cafes, bars and shops. To the top attractions is also not so far and is good transport. Apartment is clean and for four person comfortable. The owner is very helpful in many subjects and is a very good contact with her.

Comfort, calm and... ice cream :)

Pros: Wonderful place to stay in Rome! The apartment was perfectly prepared, clean, and fully equipped — we found everything we needed: toiletries, towels, a sewing kit, and even board games! We were pleasantly surprised to find water and... ice cream in the fridge! :) The air conditioning worked flawlessly and was a lifesaver after a day of sightseeing. The location is excellent — very close to metro and bus stops, so getting around the city was super easy. This is the perfect place for both short and long stays. Thank you to the hosts for your warmth and attention to every little detail! Grazie mille per tutto! L'appartamento è stato perfetto.

Jewelry box in Rome

Pros: Extremely clean, nicely furnished, comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. The hosts are kind and helpful. It is located in a popular location. We will stay here again next time. We thank Barbara and her husband for everything.

Pros: Ζεστό και συμπαθητικό διαμέρισμα, πολύ καθαρό και με πολύ καλή σύνδεση στο διαδίκτυο. Επίσης είχε σταθμό του μετρό πολύ κοντά.

Cons: Η περιοχή που ηταν το διαμέρισμα.

Wenn wir wieder nach Rom kommen, gerne auch in diese Wohnung!

Pros: Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig in einer Seitenstraße, die Anbindung ans Zentrum ist gut. Das Stadtviertel ist durch viele Lokale geprägt, die abends eine große Auswahl an Ausgehmöglichkeiten bieten. Die Wohnung selbst war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alles sehr schön, sauber und praktisch. Die Küche haben wir nicht genutzt, schien mir aber auch bestens ausgestattet zu sein. Der Kontakt zur Gastgeberin absolut unproblematisch, immer schnell und sehr freundlich! Insgesamt eine klare Empfehlung!

Pros: Proprietaria gentilissima e disponibilissima. Struttura pulita ordinata e soprattutto profumata. Mi sono sentito subito a casa quando sono entrato in struttura. Se dovessi tornare a Roma, pernotteremo sicuramente qui.

Pros: L'appartement est très propre, confortable et bien équipé. La literie est par ailleurs impeccable. Il est situé dans une rue calme à 50 m de la rue Pigneto et de ses animations : restaurants, commerces, marché tous les matins. Le métro à 5 mn et les bus encore plus près permettent de joindre le centre ville et les lieux touristiques facilement et rapidement. Apparemment il est possible de stationner gratuitement dans la rue mais nous avons préféré réserver un parking tout près à 10 € la journée.

Oltre le piu rosee aspettattive.

Pros: Un messaggio dell'host recita che tutto in appartamento è stato pensato per l'opite. Posso confermarlo. Pulizia eccezionale, come se ne vedono poche. Ogni dettaglio molto curato. Finiture attente e di qualità. Cucina fornita di tutto. Kit di accoglienza bagno e cucina con caffè/the/acqua/olio&aceto/sale&zucchero... molto importanti per chi come noi ha soggiornato pochi gg. Si trova a 20mt da Via del Pigneto, via molto viva la sera con tanti locali dove poter fare aperitivi e cene. Barbara sempre presente e accomandante nella sua discrezione.
