Cute Apartment with everything u need

Pros: The bedroom is amazing. Huge comfortable bed. A washing machine and a kitchen. The area is also very central, next to the bar street in pigneto. It also Had a living room and the Staff was fast and nice If there was a problem The neighbours above are a little bit loud and the mosqitos in the bathroom were the only Problem

I had a comfortable stay in this very convenient place

Pros: It’s clean, it’s nearby metro, there are supermarkets and restaurants and bars nearby, it’s a very convenient place. House is well equipped as well, each room has its own air con. It’s a comfortable stay!

Cons: Since it’s on ground floor next to the entrance of the building, we can hear the noises of people coming in and out. The space between the toilet and wall is quite small though. Walls are quite thin so we can clearly hear the neighbour as well, but that applies for most of the European old buildings so, that’s just an Europe thing.

Pros: Really enjoyed staying at Royal House! Beautiful apartment, very clean with all amenities wifi, air conditioned and a very kind and professional host. Just round the corner there is a beautiful and trendy area, the Pigneto, full of restaurants and bars open until late! Amazing!

Pros: Загалом апартаменти сподобались, зручне розташування від метро. На зупинці одразу є магазин з продуктами. В квартирі є всі необхідні речі: праска, пральна машинка, фен, кавова машинка. В квартирі чисто, чиста постіль

Cons: Єдиний мінус на вихідних дуже шумно, бо за поворотом знаходиться вулиця з барами і всі потім звідти повертаються. Але з іншої сторони це і плюс, так як можна випити та поїсти дешевше, ніж в центрі

Weekend al Pigneto

Pros: Comodo per quello che doveva fare mia figlia in zona.Inoltre il Pigneto è stata una bella scoperta.

Cons: Molto rumore notturno e alcune pecche nel mini appartamento,che si trovano però in quasi tutte le strutture simili

Pros: Квартира комфортна , все як на фото , власник сам звʼязався і по приїзду чекав на нас , приліт вечірній був , все сподобалось , рекомендую 👍

APPARTAMENTO TOP FRONTE METRO

Pros: Posizione perfetta, l'appartamento aveva la metro praticamente di fronte. host gentilissimo

Pros: Soggiorno fantastico, appartamento indipendente fornito di tutto cio che serve, cucina, smart tv, condizionatori per ogni camera, prodotti per il bagno... insomma tutto perfetto consigliatissimo

Ottimo appartamento indipendente!

Pros: Appartamento completo di tutto, camera da letto, stanza con divano e Smart tv, cucina con tutto l’indispensabile, bagno idem. Lo spazio nel bagno è poco ma ci si adatta. Unica cosa, metterei degli appendini per gli asciugamani e qualche prodotto da bagno in più. Per il resto consigliatissimo e ci tornerei volentieri. Metropolitana a 20 metri e in pochi minuti si raggiungono tutte le zone. A 10 metri c’è via del Pigneto, zona pedonale con vari locali, pub e pizzerie!
