Pros: Great location, very comfortable and spacious apartment, nicely furnished and clean.

Cons: Living and cleaning supply was too tight, ran out of toilet paper and shower gel, also ran out of gel for washing machine, and could use extra towels and bed sheets.

Huge apartment in fantastic location

Pros: Location was exceptional. We walked to colosseum and Vatican easily. The apartment size was huge! Manager was lovely. Access to a washing machine, dryer and kitchen.

Cons: Repair of one of the bathrooms was a slight inconvenience but we were given the use of another apartment next door as well. A toaster would have been handy or instructions on how to use the stove.

Pros: The flat was super clean, even the matresses, kitchen equipment looked brand new. There has been more then enough useful pruchases like toilet paper, tea, coffee, detergants, even olive oil. 🙏 Francesco met us at the door helping many suitcases up the stairs. Arranged a vacant place for storage of strollers. Gentle and smiling person. We appreciate his cooperation. The heat and internet was satisfactory. Beds were all so comfortable, good quality. Flat is situated between Spanish Stairs and Plazzo Popollo, not too far from Pantheon, Plazzo Navona, Fontana Trevi too. 2 comfy baths for crowded families. ♥️

Pros: Wonderful apartment in the heart of Rome, perfect for a large family. The mattresses were very comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the apartment was spotlessly clean. The host was extremely kind and helpful, assisting us with organizing a transfer to and from the airport with a van, as we were a group of six. The location is excellent, just a few meters from the Spanish Steps. Highly recommended!

Pros: The flat is huge, modern and situeted close to Spanish Steps. The are all the necessary facilities. The bads are very comfortable. We enjoyed to stay there.

Pros: Best apartment I've ever stayed in. I've been travelling for over 35 years and NEVER have i stayed in anything like this before. The location is so central to everywhere in Rome. It's no wonder it's so hard to book. Don't pass this accommodation if it's available it's worth every Euro.

A wonderful , very comfortable modern Roman experience!

Pros: A huge and modern apartment equipment with all that you need from cooking to bathing including quality body washes and hair products. I loved the 2 well equipped bathrooms. I loved the location. Francesco was very helpful and quickly responded to my many questions even until late at night. I highly recommend this apartment.

Pros: Emplacement vraiment idéal, literie exceptionnelle!.

Cons: Beaucoup d’espace, Beaucoup de rangement. Une notion de confort et très calme, alors que nous sommes à trois minutes de la place d’Espagne !
