Pros: Clean, well equiped, in the middle of everything, close to supermarkets

Cons: Extra bed was not comfortable but it was ok

Convenient

Pros: Great location 2 mins walking distance from spanish steps and via del corso. Everything was around in walking distance. The apartment was unexpectedly spacious and very convenient for a family.

Pros: Easy check in, clean house, super location, helpfull owner. House include all amenities what you can need. Maybe one more sitting sofa can be good at living room. I stayed with my family and kids everything was good. Very close carrefour grosery, walking distance to all important places and safe area. Thanks for everything.

Pros: The location. The apartment was comfortable and equipped. Helpful staff.

Cons: The only thing: it was winter - cold, and only the AC worked which meant that part of the apartment was not heated well enough.

Cons: The neighbor balcony is just next to the bedroom and when they talk on the balcony we can hear everything.

Feel very lucky to have found this apartment right in town at this price.

Pros: The apartment is really spacious. We had ALOT of bags so this space is perfect. Very well-furnished too - nice big kitchen well-equipped, the washing machine was very useful, shower room is so apacious too. And, Very clean - the whole unit is.

Cons: No elevator. We had 6 pieces of pretty heavy lugguages.

Pros: Alloggio situato in una posizione fenomenale, letteralmente a due passi da Piazza di Spagna. Perfetto per passare qualche giorno a Roma assieme a tutta la famiglia. Host disponibilissimo e serio. Ci torneremo, grazie

Pros: Té microones, airfryer, cafetera, bullidor aigua… cafè i infusions, sal, sucre, oli… tovallons i paper de cuina Tovalloles molt noves Molt a prop de via corso, al costat de moltes botigues, en súper al costat, Hi ha sabó i xampú de dutxa Amfitrió disponible quan el vaig necessitar No hi ha males olors Està reformat fa poc, decoració minimilista i moderna

Cons: El primer dia no funcionava la calefacció o no sabíem posar-la, no hi havia instruccions, però l’endemà ens ho van arreglar

Super appartamento comodo e moderno. Centralissimo

Pros: La posizione centrale. Comodo per visitare Roma a piedi. La host gentilissima. Ci ha fatto fare il check in anticipo e per il check out abbiamo lasciato le valigie in appartamento fino le 14. Appartamento con spazi ben divisi e letti molto comodi. Bagno spazioso. Cucina con tutto il necessario. Apprezzatissimo la macchina del caffè con le capsule incluse.
