Elite Rome Apartments

Had a wonderful week at Luca's apartment in Rome. Ideally located right off the Via Del Corso.

Pros: Fantastic location. Flat had everythign a tracveller would need for a short stay in Rome. Decent washing machine was particularly welcome. Luca was very helpful for checkin and checkout.

Cons: Kitchen setup could have been a bit better organised, a single powerpoint for everything, including kettle, microwave etc made it more of a challenge than it should have been even to do simple things.

Pros: Location was second to none - shorts 15-20min walking distance to all the main sites, the Colosseum and Roman Forum were just o er 30min away. Next to one of the main shopping areas, plenty of cute local restaurants and several local supermarkets within a few mins walking distance. Our host Luca was super responsive and accommodating of our requests including a late checkout. The apartment was very cosy with everything needed for a short city break. And the terrace overlooking the courtyard was a nice bonus for the area. The street itself was quiet by Rome standards though some noise from loud tourists passing by on occasion or early morning rubbish collection are just unavoidable in the centre of Rome.

Cons: Everything was great.

Fabulous Stay,Greatest Host.

Pros: Location was perfect-a quiet lane in the City Cente. Sights,Eateries,Carrefour,Shopping -all 2-3 minutes walking distance. The host,Batman,went over and above to make our stay super comfortable. One of our group was on a wheelchair and he made sure that access was easy for wheelchair. I have suggested for him to add Grab bars in the Bathrooms for more support.

Cons: The bathtub was a bit challenging as it was hard to accomodae a chair in it and though the apartment has 2 bathrooms,the second one does not have shower facilities. That was a little misleading when I booked. Besides this we had a Fabulous stay and totally recommend the stay.

Pros: Perfect location. Very friendly host. The apartment itself was beautiful and very clean.

Nice apartment in central location with all you need and a hospitable host.

Pros: The owner was very helpful, apartment was well maintained. The location was central and we didn’t have to take any public transport to see the main attractions.

Cons: Noise in the street in the early morning hours. There seems to be rubbish collection early morning every day.

Absolutely outstanding. I would like to stay here again.

Pros: It was very comfortable, well appointed, beautifully located, spacious and even had a lovely terrace where one could sit and read.

Pros: The apartment is in an incredibly beautiful location. It is also very quiet as it is on the street between two famous streets. The entrance of the apartment is safe, spacious and classically Italian. The flat is spacious, the usage areas are furnished with high quality. The toilet and bathroom are new. All electronic devices in the house are working and in good condition. The beds were comfortable. There are almost all kinds of goods, tools and equipment in the apartment. It has a beautiful and very large balcony. It had a tent, table, flowers, fountain, everything. each door is individually locked and very safe for children. The host is a very very good person. Relevant, kind and very helpful. Like a neighbor, like a friend. We will go again next year.

Big apartments in wonderful location

Pros: Location is right in the city center, next to the main shoping street. The landlord met us at the entrance and guided us to apartments. She explained to us everything and we appreciated that. There are two AC - worked well. Two bathrooms. We didn't use the terrace but it's always nice to have such an option. The host helped us with our baggage and found taxi for us when we departed. Uber didn't work well. The living room is big and kitchen is well equipped. However, it was not easy to use microwave since the cord was short. The same for toaster. After all, our stay in the apartments was brilliant! Thanks a lot!

Cons: The power cords for micro and toaster are short. Maybe it's possible to add extender.
