LUXURY BABUINO -exclusive apartment

Pros: We were 4 persones, the 2 (big) bathrooms were a graite benefit. Lacation is in a qouite ally so even at the weekend there was no trafit at the wundow. Got close supermarket and placess to eat. It was very very clean and well quipted for a family meal when the kids couldnt see any more pasta. Over all for us it was a good spot and a good dipartment.

Real luxury

Pros: Fantastic location. Close to all major tourist attractions. No need to take metro at all. Everything in the apartment is modern and new. Big plus for the washing machine with drying function. The apartment is on the opposite side of a kindergarten, so you can drink your coffee in the morning and enjoy looking at stressed parents that drop off their kids and park their trolleys on the street 🙂. The communication with the owner was excellent. Next time I am in Rome I will definitely try to book this apartment again.

Beautiful holiday in rome

Pros: We spent 3 beautiful nights in the apartment. Parents with 3 adolescents kids. Two double bed rooms, two shower rooms and toilet(-important) , sofa in living room that turns to bed. Everything's new!!!! Just got renewed!! Very comfy beds. Beautiful quiet street at the center- 100 m from via del Corso - central street. Most of all the owner daniele came to welcome us , turned air conditioning on before we came (new ones)and was willing to help with everything- highly recommended, beautiful holiday.

Excellent location and responsive host

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this two-bedroom apartment in Rome. Daniele, the property manager, was incredibly easy to reach and always responsive to any questions or small issues that came up during our visit. He was also very flexible with both our arrival and departure times, which made our travel days so much smoother. We especially appreciated being able to leave our luggage while we explored the city. The apartment itself is clean, comfortable, and well situated on a quiet street. It served as a fantastic home base for our time in Rome.

Cons: A couple of small notes for future guests: the beds are quite firm, so keep that in mind if you prefer something softer. Also, if you’re traveling with multiple people, you may want to stagger or ration hot water for showers. That said, these were minor considerations, and overall we had a great experience and would happily stay here again.

Pros: Abbiamo soggiornato dal 15 al 17 dicembre eravamo in 4..che dire ci siamo trovati bene ,Daniele veramente molto gentile e apprezzata anche la bottiglia di vino al nostro arrivo ,abbiamo avuto un problema con uno dei riscaldamenti ma tempestivamente e stato risolto. L'appartamento aveva tutto il giusto necessario ,pulito caldo e accogliente , posizione centralissima.. Massima serietà lo consiglio assolutamente.

Pros: Posizione strategica per raggiungere i maggiori punti di interesse, Daniele molto disponibile e preciso.

Apartament cochet în zona centrală

Pros: Un apartament cu toate facilitațile, curat și totul nou. Este situat foarte aproape de Via del Corso, într-o zona cu multe obiective turistice.

Cons: Am avut ghinionul să se strice aerul condiționat în acea zi, dar proprietarul a cumparat imediat trei aparate de aer condiționat portabile și a rezolvat cumva problema.

Pros: Nos gustó todo, excelente ubicación, el departamento impecable, muy lindo y acogedor. Nos encantó!
