iFlat Spanish Steps Unique Panoramic Penthouse

Pros: The apartment had a roof top terrace with a Jacuzzi bath in the bathroom up there we couldn't use the facilities due to the rain but It was a nice surprise

Cons: The TV in the bedroom was better in bedroom than the living room and we struggled to get the living room one working at times

Pros: The location was incredible! Close to the Vatican, Spanish steps, Colliseum etc. High end shopping galore! The place was luxurious and spacious for the price. A pleasurable stay!

Cons: We are learning about garbage and trash in Rome in why Italians need to be cleanly. Please be clean to avoid messes that leads to ants.

Absolutely incredible location/rooftop views, but dirty and a big climb up.

Pros: The views from the roof were unbelievable! The flat views were almost as good. Beds were comfortable, spacious and modern. Super location and a short walk to the park, historical attractions, grocery, metro. The shower was wonderful!

Cons: The floors were filthy. We had to clean the rooftop in order to use it. We didn’t get in the hot tub because it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. The refrigerator was dirty and trash from the prior tenant was still there. The dishwasher didn’t work and only a rocket scientist could navigate the lights/outlets, but the woman who checked us in (Matilde) did not give any instruction on how to operate the system. Also, she said we could text her with any questions but never responded to my messages. It was 105 steps up to the apartment and the elevator only held one person (and seemed tenuous).

Pros: Η τοποθεσία ήταν ιδανική. Πάρα πολύ κεντρικά και δίπλα σε δύο σταθμούς Μετρό. Η ταράτσα ήταν εξαιρετική, έκανε την διαφορά!!! Το διαμέρισμα πολύ άνετο για 4μελή οικογένεια!! Το προσωπικό πολύ εξυπηρετικό, ευγενικό! Είχαν πλάκα τα φώτα και τα παντζούρια!!!!😊

Cons: Η καθαριότητα. Το διαμέρισμα δεν ήταν πολύ καθαρό, ήθελε ένα γενικό καθάρισμα με έμφαση σε λεπτομέρειες.
