Excellent air-conditioning!

Pros: Really good air-conditioning, which we very much appreciated as Italian summers are brutal and so many places have weak or non-existent AC. Good sized apartment for two people equipped with everything that you need. Host was helpful and pleasant. Overall a great stay!

Stylish and central

Pros: A very stylish flat in the heart of Roma, a stone throw from Piazza del Popolo and Spagna. Modern and tasteful furniture, a nice balcony overlooking Via Margutta and Villa Borghese, fully equipped kitchen, you name it. I immensely liked my three nights stay and would gladly return. Thank you ever so much!

Like at home but at Rome

Pros: It’s on the perfect location,Via Babuino is connected Piazza di Spagna with Piazza del Popolo. The Appartment itself is extremely beautiful and with a little gem of terrace,something really hard to find in the center of Rome. This location permits you to walk everywhere which is very important as in Rome you can’t really relay on public transportation. Owners are top of all,extremely kind and helpful,they let us leave our luggage before and after check in,give us a handful of important information,I can’t thank them enough.It’s perfect place to stay

Charming apartment, wonderful location, highly recommend.

Pros: Location, charming balcony we used frequently, well-equipped kitchen, appreciated access to Netflix as we knew no Italian. Host was very attentive and pleasant.

Cons: Provide translation of operating instructions for .the washer/dryer unit (which we had never used before). We eventually figured it out but took a few wasted cycles.

We thoroughly enjoyed this fantastic apartment in a great area

Pros: Beautiful, comfortable, clean apartment. The location was fantastic, situated in a safe shopping area with lots of good restaurants. Public transit is close by. The building has an elevator and the top floor apartment has fantastic views of the city. Thoughtful amenities were provided by the hosts along with a book of recommendations for restaurants, sites, and activities. Quick communication always.
