Vatican New home in Rome

Pros: We recently stayed at Vatican New Home as a family of three, and our experience was fantastic! The apartment was spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a pleasant stay. The kitchen was fully equipped, including an oven, which made it easy to prepare meals. We also loved the balcony, which was a great spot to relax after a day of exploring. The location was very convenient, close to both bus stops and metro stations, making it easy to get around Rome. The staff was exceptionally kind and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. In the mornings, you can enjoy coffee or any drink of your choice at the hotel’s bar, which was a lovely touch. Overall, Vatican New Home provided everything we needed for a perfect stay, and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome!

Cons: The only downside was that, apart from the host (Emanuele), who spoke excellent English and was very friendly and helpful with everything we needed, no one else at the hotel seemed to speak English or another language. This made communication challenging at times, especially when the host was not available.

Pros: Établissement super bien situé, près d’une station de métro qui dessert casiment tout les lieux qui sont à visiter sur Rome ! Emanuele est un hôte incroyablement gentil, bienveillant qui nous a même conseillé sur des restaurants et les commerces alentours! Un grand merci à lui ☺️

Pros: Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν ευγενικός και πρόθυμος. Επικοινώνησε πριν την άφιξη και μας έδωσε οδηγίες για το πώς θα μπορούσαμε να φτάσουμε πιο γρήγορα στο κατάλυμα. Ανταποκρίθηκε αμέσως στο αίτημα μας για ηλεκτρικό βραστήρα και γενικά ανταποκρινόταν άμεσα. Μας έδινε πληροφορίες για ο,τι χρειαζόταν για τη διαμονή και την περιήγησή μας στη Ρώμη. Mr Emanuel, the host, was polite and helpful. He contacted us before arrival and provided directions on how to reach the accommodation faster. He immediately responded to our request for an electric kettle and was generally very responsive. He provided information about everything we needed for our stay and sightseeing in Rome.

Cons: Θα χρειαζόταν να προστεθεί μια πετσέτα στην κουζίνα, κομοδίνα δίπλα στο κρεβάτι και ένα στραγγιστήρι για τα πλυμένα πιάτα. It would be needed to add a towel in the kitchen, a bedside table next to the bed, and a dish drainer for the washed dishes.

Pros: J'ai beaucoup aimé l'emplacement, appartement équipé pour l'essentiel, propre,personnel super sympathique je reviendrais sans hésitation. Merci

Luftig, ren og fin leilighet med basseng og.nærhet til metro.

Pros: Verten var veldig imøtekommende. Jeg hadde bedt om tidlig innsjekk, men samtidig glemt å svare på hans bekreftende meldinger. Likevel var leiligheten klar da vi kom med tidlig fly, og det ventet en sms da vi landet. Han møtte oss også på bensinstasjonen da vi ikke visste vi skulle ringe på porten ved Parko Tirreno. Helt fantastisk! Han møtte personlig og gjennomgikk fasilitetene. Leiligheten fremstod helt som på bildene. Ingen overraskelser, alt var ren og fin og hadde alt vi trengte. Under 10 min til metro gjorde den også veldig sentral. Behagelige senger.

Cons: Grunnen til at vi valgte stedet var basseng og samtidig nærhet til metro for å komme inn til sentrum. Det står nevnt at basseng koster ekstra, men samtidig at også at det skulle være 2 basseng så jeg forventet kanskje at vi hadde valgmuligheter. For oss ble det derfor litt nedtur når bassenget kostet 15 euro pr person for en halv dag, i tillegg til at man måtte ha badehette (kjøpes på stedet til 5 euro). Emanuele var veldig imøtekommende og vi fikk rabatter til bassenget, så egentlig ikke noe å si på. For oss ble det bare ikke noe vi tok på sparket, men måtte planlegges evt. settes av tid til. I tillegg var det ikke alle av oss som orket dette med badehette. Men fullt mulig det bare er vi som er sære eller forventninger som ikke helt ble innfridd. Vi trivdes uansett på stedet og booker gjerne igjen! Verten, Emanuele, var eksepsjonelt service innstilt!!

Pros: J'ai apprécié la proximité du logement du centre de rome tŕès pratique du métro et du bus. Commerces et restaurants proches. L'aimabilité et l'hospitalité du propriétaire.

Pros: Facilmente accessibile immersa nel parco, parcheggio gratuito, appartamento ben arredato e pulito Il proprietario è disponibilissimo e sempre presente per qualsiasi informazione Peccato non aver potuto usufruire della piscina in struttura ma Emanuele si è adoperato personalmente per garantirci una giornata in piscina in un hotel poco distante
