Family friendly apartment

Pros: Apartment had all that we needed for a family on holiday in Rome. Antonio was a great host and his restaurant recommendations were spot on.

Cons: None

Hotel was very nice. Room was clean and big. Photos are correct. Satisfied.

Pros: Everything was clean. Room was very big - good for kids. There was also some toys for kids. The kitchen equipment was perfect - all we needed. Rooms was locked by code. 2 big beds. 1 big balcony. Photos are correct.

Cons: 1) The toilet was too high - although it may not seem like it, it was a problem for both us and the children. 2) The pool was not part of the hotel but was on the hotel area. You have to pay for it separately at a fairly high price (I think 17€ or 15€ per adult - I do not remember exactly).

Fab accommodation

Pros: Beautiful apartment, comfy beds, short walk to metro, lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance, fab communication with the host

Cons: The shower does not stay hot for long enough

Pros: Clean, spacious, nice bathroom, quiet, free parking

Cons: The boiler is not big enough for four people to have a quick shower in turns. Someone has to wait. Remember to bring your own shampoo as it’s not provided.

Pros: Very nice, newly renovated and clean apartment in a good location (only four metro stops to the center). Excellent communication with the owner.

Cons: Nothing.

Very pleasant and comfortable

Pros: Very spacious and comfortable. Clean finishes lovely terrace . Big TV . Exactly as you see at the photo

Cons: Nothing major. The hob needs a bit learning but it was managed. Some more worktop would be helpful and the water heater ( cylinder) could have more capacity but these are improvements not faults . It was a very nice space to stay

Super

Pros: Very good apartment in Parco Tirreno residence. Newly furnished, clean, spacious. Very helpful owner. Free, secure and closed parking place near residence. Reception 24/7. The possibility of receiving breakfast for an additional fee. Also there is a swimming pool for an additional fee. The bar inside is open until 10 p.m. and has draft beer, which made us very happy when we returned after a hot day. 10-minute walk to the Cornelia metro station (runs only until 9:30 p.m. that was a bit strange). Highly recommended!

Pros: L'appartamento è molto bene curato e la pulizia ottima. Tutto molto bene organizzato

Top renovierte Unterkunft an ruhiger Lage

Pros: Unterkunft ist renoviert, alles ist sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Metrostation ist in 10min zu Fuß erreichbar und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Restaurant gibt es in der Nähe. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Pros: Das Appartement ist schön gross und hat einen schönen Balkon. Es liegt sehr ruhig. Die Ausstattung war gut, die Kommunikation verlief problemlos und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Metrostation war nah und mit der Linie konnten wir alles super erreichen. Ein super Bonus war, dass der Zubringerbus zum Flughafen auch um die Ecke abgefahren ist. Das war für uns sehr praktisch.

Cons: Die Stühle im Esszimmer hätten etwas bequemer sein können, aber das ist Geschmacksache.
