Classic roman home next to Popolo Square

Comfortable charming stay in Rome.

Pros: The location was very central and close to public transport and many restaurants including the nearest, 'Osteria Tempo Perso Oca.' Despite the close proximity to Piazza del Popolo it was very quiet especially at night. The interior was spacious and comfortable with beautiful original charm. The host, Andrea was friendly and a responsive communicator.

Cons: The attachment for the shower head in the smaller bathroom needs to be made firmer and safer. The clothes washing machine is up a very narrow flight of stairs on a small landing.

Very nice stay

Pros: The house itself is very nice, especially the living room is bright, spacious and beautiful. The hosts were very good at communicating and sorting out problems. The showers are good, there is plenty of wardrobe space and the decor fits the space very well. We had a good stay. After we got the keys, it was easier to get in and out of the house( to get the keys with self check in was like an escape room game!).

Cons: The sofa bed needs an update as it bends towards the middle making it very hard to sleep comfortably. The pots and pans are scratched and old which put us off from cooking during our stay.

Pros: The house is amazing and in a great location, perfect to explore Rome. The host is very communicative and was flexible with our request for a late checkout. 100% would recommend.

Ein Aufenthalt mit Licht und Schatten

Pros: Das Appartement ist sehr gemütlich und eignet sich auch gut für Computerarbeit vor Ort.

Cons: Mir macht ein Selbst-Check-In grundsätzlich nichts aus. Hier hätte ich mir allerdings eine persönliche Begegnung gewünscht (wie dies in Booking angegeben wird), weil einige Hürden zu bestehen sind, bevor man in das Appartement eintreten kann (Studium einer mehrseitigen Anleitung am Anreisetag, insgesamt vier aufzuschliessende Türen). Vermisst habe ich Salz, Pfeffer, Salz und Öl. Ich musste den Grundstock erst besorgen, um kochen zu können. Das Sofa ist schmuddelig und müsste ersetzt werden. Leider konnte ich nur dreimal warm duschen während meines sechstägigen Aufenthaltes, weil der Boiler defekt war.

Pros: L'emplacement près d'une station majeure et d'un site touistique ( piazza di popolo/flumini), à 2 pas d'une rue très passante, de l'espace dans l'appartement et la possibilité de faire des machines de vêtements et de l'étendre.

Cons: L'accès à la machine à laver est... sportif! La climatisation dans la chambre met du temps à se faire sentir car elle est dans le couloir.

Great stay in a traditional apartment. A superb retreat after a day of exploring.

Pros: Super friendly & helpful Hosts! Always in communication. Met at property and given explanation of home & surroundings. Excellent location near bus, Metro and historic sites. Located next to Piaza dell'Popolo and entrance to Villa Borghese gardens. Home had everything we needed for our 4 night stay - comfortable & spacious home. We did not cook as there are so many restaurants very nearby. Two restaurants literally outside the front door. Wifi worked great for streaming tv. Super comfy bed - and extremely quiet at night - we had the best nights sleep. Secure building with elevator. An easy walk to Piazza Navonna and Trevi fountain. Grocery stores and lots of shopping nearby. Highly recommend.

Pros: La posizione comodissima per raggiungere ogni punto interessante della città con mezzi pubblici ,se distanti, o a piedi. Dalla stazione Termini la metro A in pochi minuti porta all' abitazione. A mio parere avrebbe bisogno di un po' di manutenzione nei bagni e in cucina ma nel complesso abbiamo dormito bene. L' attenzione che l' host riserva ai clienti è ottima! L' appartamento al terzo piano con ascensore (che avrebbe bisogno di manutenzione) è silenzioso, caldo e confortevole. Tornerei sicuramente nel caso volessi completare la visita di Roma che richiede più dei tre giorni che vi abbiamo trascorso.

Pros: Πολύ όμορφο, καθαρο και άνετο διαμερισμα, μέσα στην πιάτσα Ντελ πόπολο και πολύ κοντά σε διάφορα αξιοθέατα . Εξυπηρετικοτατος ο οικοδεσπότης οπότε τον χρειαστηκαμε .

Cons: Το μόνο πρόβλημα στο διαμέρισμα ήταν το φραγμένο σιφωνι στην ντουζιέρα στο μικρό μπάνιο .
