Pros: Dear guests - I recommend you to choose this apartment - and this is why: 1. Very responsible host, polite, helpful, explains all the details about your stay, always quickly replies messages and ready to support you anytime with any questions. He really cares about guests to make your stay comfortable, trouble free and enjoyable. Like your best friend! 2. Location - right in the centre, very close to famous places by walking. Shops, restaurants, parks, amazing historical places are very close. 3. Apartment is very clean, spacious, quiet and contains all necessary items.

Il miglior posto per una vacanza a Roma

Pros: Tutto perfetto. Giacomo e' una persona eccezionale, disponibile, educata: il proprietario perfetto. La posizione e' ideale, a due passi (nel verso senso della parola) da Piazza del Popolo. L'appartamento e' grande, c'e' tutto ed il wi-fi funziona benissimo. Sicuramente ci tornero' la prossima volta che passo per Roma

Bel soggiorno a Roma a due passi da Piazza del Popolo

Pros: Struttura in posizione fantastica. Ambiente pulito , appartamento dotato di tutti i comfort e host molto gentile. Ci siamo trovati benissimo e sicuramente ci tornerò con la mi famiglia. Consigliatissimo

Pros: L’appartamento si trova appena dietro piazza del popolo, la posizione è eccellente. Giacomo è un host molto gentile e disponibile. La struttura si presenta dotata di tutti i comfort (lavatrice, asciugatrice, divano, tv). Molto apprezzato anche avere a disposizione il caffè per la moka. Il soggiorno è stato super piacevole e gradevole. Consigliatissimo!

Pros: Расположение у пьяцы Дель Попполо, довольно тихо, несмотря на первый этаж и место - редко для Рима. Два кондиционера и в зале, и в спальне - оба хорошо работают. Хороший матрас на кровати. Полный комплект электроники - есть все! Чисто

Cons: Диван в зале в разложенном состоянии не удобный, спать тяжело. Мало постельного белья или за доп деньги, мало полотенец и они застираны, очень маленький - узкий душ, корпулентным будет не просто. Хозяин приходит и на заселение и на выезд

A truly memorable experience of our trip to Italy!

Pros: The host welcomed us with great enthusiasm. When we arrived at the terminal my wallet was stolen, Giacomo kindly guided us to place a report with the police. He also offered to help us in any way he could, and even later during the trip he stayed in touch to make sure that we were ok, and if we needed anything else. We requested extra towels, he immediately provided them. The location was ideal for a tourist. We were able to walk to every tourist attraction. Having a well equipped kitchen helped us prepare meals right there, saving us from eating out. Having a washer and dryer was definitely a bonus for a traveler. The host's kind and respectful demeanor was truly appreciated. we would definitely go back again.
