Great flat ideally located

Pros: We had a wonderful time in this apartment in Rome. The location is ideal and we were able to walk to all the sights. The beds were confortable. The communication with Luca was easy and cordial which made our arrival stress-free. We highly recommend it and we'll keep this adress if we come back to Rome.

Cons: The shower is small but we didn't mind.

Pros: Thank you for your very quick response. When the water heater broke, you fixed it within a day, and we also appreciated the bottle of wine as an apology. We had a very comfortable stay.

Very good experience!

Pros: We had a fantastic stay in Rome! The apartment was warm, cozy, and very comfortable — it really felt like a home away from home. Luca was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay, always quick to respond and ready to assist with anything we needed. The location was excellent — it’s in a quiet area but still very convenient. There are some great restaurants just around the corner, and a small supermarket nearby which made things really easy. We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again. Highly recommended!

Great location!

Pros: Great location for visiting the sights and close to many really good restaurants. The bed was very comfortable and the hob was very useful for cooking breakfast. The hidden cupboards were a very clever use of space! Our host, Luca, was very helpful and quick to respond in correspondence. Definitely recommend!

Cons: The shower was a little small for my tall husband but worked well.
