Perfect location for a visit to Rome

Pros: Great location and we had everything we needed. The host was a great communicator and answered all our questions and gave us a late checkout

Pros: The apartment is good for 3people :) and everything is very near :)

We loved our stay and we are planning to come back.

Pros: Property is located in excellent location. We were able to reach every must see in Rome on feet. Apartment is equipped with everything (hair dryer, iron, TV, air-condition etc; kitchen was also well equipped).

Perfect for a few nights in Rome

Pros: Amazing location very central to shops/restaurants

Cons: Can be noisy at all hours (not the fault of the property just a coincidence from staying near a main street!)

Casa Brunetti is perfectly situated for a holiday to explore all Rome has to offer!

Pros: The location was perfect for access to the Metro Flaminia, as well as for for easy walking options to most of the sights in Rome down Via di Ripetta. For food and grocery shopping, there were several options, but our favourite was an 8 minute walk away across Piazza del Popolo, and what became our favourite caffe for coffee was 3 minutes away. Our host also organised a car to pick us up from the airport on our arrival, and it was a great ride with an aspiring FI driver to the apartment! Neighbourhood was very secure and we were amused by the way Rome organises its garbage collection and keeps the streets so clean, particularly as we had a 13 night stay.

Cons: One must remember Rome has been around for centuries, and the way 15th C buildings are refurbished within stone walled buildings with tiled floors provides a certain stylish spartan feel. We had a few small issues initially, but they were solved our host in very quick time. For future tenants, I would advise paying the rental before arriving in Rome, as by paying on arrival as we did through the app provided by our host, we noted it had been hacked, as we began to receive bogus sms's allegedly from our bank about overdue accounts, credit card being suspended, etc. All were ignored, and never opened. We were in Italy for 6 weeks and having just arrived home in Australia, they are still trying!

Pros: The apartment was easy to find and very close to the metro and places of interest, it was also very clean and had everything to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable

Ótima localização

Pros: A localização é ótima, nós conseguimos fazer tudo a pé, fica próximo de vários pontos turísticos .

Cons: Só o colchão da cama de solteiro era muito ruim, único ponto negativo,

Pros: Πολύ τίμιο για τα χρήματα που πληρώσαμε για το κέντρο της Ρώμης....

Pros: Its location is perfect! Although for those with light sleep its a bit noisy.

Cons: The bed wasn’t so comfortable.

È stata una grande giornata

Pros: Mi è piaciuto l'appartamento. Mi è piaciuta la zona. Mi è piaciuto l'interno e la spaziatura del locale

Cons: Non ho trovato nulla che non sia stato all'altezza delle mie aspettative
