Wanted to stop much longer
Pros: Living the authentic Italian way, beautiful spacious apartment with a lovely balcony for the morning coffee and late nights. Tucked away just 2 mins from Piazza Popolo, Big bedroom with plenty of space 😀 Would definitely recommend and return.
Cons: 5th floor was a challenge so the lift is a godsend.

Pros: Location was perfect we were able to walk to all main areas. Great sized accomodation for 4 people. Felt very safe when inside. Property was clean. Lift available for luggage etc.

Loved it. It was an important week with my 79 year old dad and the quality of the place added to a great stay
Pros: Everything. I was taking my dad to Rome for his first time and wanted a really nice place in a great location. We had both. A minute from my favourite piazza and short walk from the heart of Rome. A lot of places to eat nearby with a small local store a minute away for essentials. Very clean. Well stocked/fitted out. Felt very secure. Quiet street. Lovely outside terrace area. Two comfortable beds. Great host and very easy to access. Highly recommend.
Cons: There was nothing that I didn’t like but we were two people. A larger party may find the bathroom and kitchen small but both had all you need (the shower was very good and the fridge a good size).

Perfect Stay in Rome
Pros: the location was perfect, close to everything, balcony was perfect for nice night coffee and having breakfast withthe kids in the mornning. host was very good, there was an issue with the power and AC but host respondded very fast, sent the team and got it resolved within few hrs, which was not under their control, very happy with the host, the unit and location. thank you so much to Luca and sarah

Our stay was memorable and very relaxing.
Pros: The location was great with walking distance of almost everything we wanted to see and experience in Rome. There were significant amount of restaurants, stores and even markets with a few blocks of the apartment, it was really easy to get to them, great location.
Cons: The apartment could use a bit of TLC, ceiling on the living room and bathroom had some stains a.lloose tile in the dinning room an a.portion of the door frame cover in one of the bedrooms need to be but everything is cosmetic. The apartment is otherwise functional and worked beautifully for our trip.

Tolle Lage, nette Vermieter. Jedoch mit ein paar Abstrichen
Pros: Bombastische Lage, einfacher check-in, schneller direkter Kontakt zum Vermieter, geräumig
Cons: Bad sehr klein, Küche dürftig ausgestattet, W-LAN war während des Aufenthaltes nicht verfügbar (dafür kann aber der Vermieter nichts) somit auch kein TV etc. möglich, Balkon leider sehr ungepflegt, da könnte man so unendlich viel mehr draus machen
