Penna Flats

Very good stay to enjoy Rome. All what you need from place to eat breakfast, take a shower and sleep to enjoy sightseein

Pros: Amazingly close to all main attractions (within 15-30 min walk). Also with great restaurants close by as well as local shop is just two streets away. The flat is basic but has all what you need for breakfast, shower (shower was sufficient and gave as nice hot water for 3 long showers twice a day) and sleep. There is nice wide window 🪟 on the 1/2 staircase landing where you can place chair to have a nice coffee with experience of Italian mornings and a street view.

Cons: Property provided Italian coffee maker (which we usually use a lot and we love it) but there was no information that there is special plate to be placed on top of induction hob in order to use it. We lost one morning coffee 😜 before we realised what that plate is doing 😉

Pros: Checking in process was smooth and the most important thing is the communication is very clear and responsive even before coming and doing the check in process. Marko was amazing as he's making sure to give the details in everything that need to know. Apartment was clean and the bed was so comfortable to sleep in. The heater works perfectly as we all know its getting cold. It was perfect location as its accesable to all tourist places even public transport is available right in front of the apartment. It was a quiet neighborhood as well, restaurants and shopping are walking distance. Place is safe even we left around 5am to go out. This apartment is big as well and thinking 4 people can fit. Will recommend and definitely adding this to my list when I'm in Rome! Thanks Nicola as she was very helpful as well with everything.

Cosy apartment in the centre of town.

Pros: Though a compact place, ideal for just having some personal space for a week in Rome.

Cons: The only thing I didn't like was that WiFi wasn't working properly, though I'm sure that could have been fixed had I mentioned it. I used my unlimited data instead. I must mention the building seemed to block a strong data signal, so sometimes had connection issues. By and large wasn't too much of a problem though.

Pros: Location was excellent. The centre of the old city is beautiful so it was ideal for exploring.

Cons: Stairs were alittle hectic and removing your own rubbish wasn't ideal but it was fine..

Pros: Très bien situé,. Hôte à l'écoute . Super semaine. Juste problème d'éclairage. Pas assez lumineux. Sinon très bien.

Pros: Ottima la posizione molto centrale e la disponibilità a venire incontro alle ns esigenze

Pros: Nagyon jó elhelyezkedés, gyalog minden közel van, buszmegálló, metro 5 perc séta.

Muy recomendable

Pros: Buena ubicación, apartamento grande, muy bien equipado, buena atención de los dueños, buen barrio

Cons: Se escucha mucho ruido del exterior, algunos elementos un poco desgastados

Pros: Equipe prestativa, rápidos e gentis em responder e ajudar. Localização excelente.

Pros: Excelente ubicación, al lado de la plaza de popolo.

Cons: Escasa limpieza del baño.
