Flaminio Charme Apartment

Pros: Lovely apartment. Very spacious, perfect for our needs. Good facilities. Good location close to transport links and good cafes, restaurants and supermarkets. Check in was easy. Roberto met us at the apartment for a smooth check in.

Cons: Traffic noise late at night and early morning. Trams run very late. Ear plugs needed if you want a good sleep!

Great apartment for a city trip

Pros: We spent three cozy nights in the apartment. We liked absolutely everything - location, cleanliness, availability of all necessities, safety arrangements, timely welcoming and communication with the host. Highly recommended!

Well-Equipped Apartment with Excellent Location and Great Host

Pros: The apartment is very spacious and very well equipped for the price. The host is kind and always quick to respond with helpful instructions or anything you may need. The location is excellent, just a 10-minute walk from Rome’s historic center and very close to the Vatican, yet in a quiet residential neighborhood. It feels like the best of both worlds: central and convenient, but peaceful at the same time. The apartment has everything you could need: air conditioning, a fully equipped independent kitchen, a super comfortable mattress, and a large bathroom with both a bathtub and a separate shower. Public transport is also very convenient, with several bus routes stopping right in front of the property, connecting you to the metro, the airport, and different parts of the city. If I return to Rome, I would definitely hope to stay here again.

A beautiful spacious apartment in a fantastic location.

Pros: The apartment was way beyond our expectations. It’s very spacious with lovely furniture and a comfy bed. The kitchen has everything you would need. The host Roberto was kind enough to meet us an hour earlier than the check-in time, and was super friendly and made the check in a breeze. The apartment is definitely worth the money and I will be staying here next time I visit Rome.

Cons: The only bad part was having to leave

Pros: Perfect accommodation for exploring Rome, centrally located. Very clean and comfortable, the terrace is a rarity in the centre of Rome and it is particularly cosy and quiet here.

Pros: We had a very pleasant stay at the apartment. It was very quiet and within a walking distance to the city center. The owner was very helpful with everything we asked. We also forgot something in the apartment and he arranged to return it to us with courrier. Thank you Roberto!

Pros: A beautiful place just in walking distance from all of the main tourist attractions in Rome. Feels like home! And has everything you need for spending a good time. The host was also a very caring person and gave us some really nice tips about events and restaurants/bars nearby. Thank you for that! We had a great time!

Pleasant stay but a bit noisy

Pros: The property is located within walking distance to Flaminio metro station and Piazza del Popolo. The (very nice) host welcomed us at the property and explained how everything works. The space is large and just how you see in the photos. We only stayed for 1 night.

Cons: I think the host overcharged us 2 euros for the city tax. The walls/windows are letting a lot of noise through. The sofa seats are not stable/comfortable. The handheld steamer doesn't work and hot water drips out, it can burn your fingers.

Pros: Great apartment with everything needed. Short walk from centre of Rome. Excellent welcome from the host!

We loved it

Pros: Great space, lovely patio where we ate brunch and a convenient location. We walked all over Rome from the place. And the host was very helpful and friendly.
