Pros: We really liked the location, the building, and the size of the flat. The owner Livio was very nice and welcoming.

Cons: The apartment is quite run down in need of a fresh coat of paint. The doors needed a good clean.

Great location, good and comfortable facilities and felt at home.

Pros: Great location near all the main sites and good transport links. Good sized rooms, comfortable beds (though one of us found the en-suite bed a little hard), good kitchen facilities and overall we felt at home.

Cons: One of us found the en-suite bed a bit hard.

Pros: Posizione ottima per la nostra destinazione di lavoro e comoda per l'utilizzo dei mezzi pubblici. Appartamento comodo per quattro persone.

Cons: Unico neo... se si può considerare tale... La dotazione in cucina di capsule del caffè è stata centellinata, visto che si trattava di un soggiorno breve (2 notti) le capsule potevano essere almeno una a persona per mattino... La cucina nel nostro caso non è stata usata proprio perchè era un viaggio di lavoro. All'estero negli appartamenti in locazione per brevissimi periodi le forniture di questo genere sono molto più corpose.

No better place to stay in Rome!

Pros: The location was outstanding we walked to every major sight in rome. The rooms were beautiful and it truly was the most perfect place to stay. Livio was the best host extremely helpful and kind. The natural light was exceptional. It is a very quiet neighborhood and quiet building. I would love to stay there again! I go to Rome around 5 times a year and I was very impressed with this location and stay. If you are visiting Rome for the first time or 50th time, you will agree it is the perfect place to explore the city. Grazie Livio!

Vacaciones en Roma.

Pros: Livio fue muy amable y generoso, pues nos explicó todo referente al apartamento, estuvo pendiente por WhatsApp de nuestras dudas, nos proporcionó información del bus para volver al aeropuerto y nos guardó maletas el último día. Apartamento muy grande y baños reformados, con todo lo necesario para cocinar y muy buena ubicación, cerca de una parada de metro.

Cons: Lámparas que no funcionaban, puertas de los baños algo sucias. Pero aún con todo, trato fantástico del propietario y apartamento estupendo.

Pros: Assolutamente strategica per girare il centro quasi totalmente a piedi

Cons: Alcune mancanze dovute più alla poca attenzione nell’organizzazione che altro (1 rotoli di carta igienica per 3 notti e 6 persone , alcune prese staccate dal muro , 12 tazze ma nessun bicchiere …. )
