Pros: Unbeatable location & modern clean apartment Central to all major attractions … can walk everywhere Having a fridge is such a bonus too ! Inc great breakfast goodies & coffee machine.

Cons: Shower hook could do with being higher up so you don’t have To hold it above your head .. few bowls in kitchen area & a couple Of wine glasses would be good .

Pros: If you are looking for a comfortable newly refurbished flat in a great location you can order with no doubt. Good communication. Claudia is a great host always ready to help.

Pros: Claudia was very welcoming and gave us all the information we needed. She was also available at all times to help us out. The room was fantastic and so close to the Colosseum.

Cons: There are residents in the building and they were noisy at times (coming home very late in the early morning and yelling out). Having a kettle would also be nice.

Pros: Everything was great. Great location RIGHT in the centre of Rome, right next to everything. You literally walk out and see the Colosseum. The host Claudia was so nice and communicative, was waiting for us as we arrived, and gave us some very good recommendations for things to see and places to eat. Apartment was nice and tidy with good facilities, and nothing was missing. Rome is not a cheap city to stay in, especially in the high season during weekends, but this was both affordable and good value for money. 11 of of 10.

Comfortable stay, down the road from the Colosseum and central to reach the other main attractions in Rome.

Pros: - Excellent location. Around the corner from the Colosseum, which is at the end of the road. The pic provided is the view from the door of the apartment building. 15-20 minutes to reach Trevi Fountain, Pantheon and Spanish Steps by foot. 15-20 minutes to walk to Roma Termini station. 3 minute walk to the nearest Metro station. 10 minutes to closest Carrefour supermarket. Many good quality restaurants to eat at in the area. - Claudia was an attentive host. She was there to meet us on arrival and there at checkout. She showed us how to get to the main attractions in Rome, drawing it out on the map, and messaged recommendations to us. - Breakfast was as shown in pictures and included yoghurt, croissants and sandwiches.

Cons: Only complaint was that the shower didn’t drain very well, and it was a hand-held showed head rather than one that pours down on top of your head. Negligible things that wouldn’t detract us from staying again.

A quite place, really close to Colosseum !

Pros: Great flat, well restored, at a strategic place (with everything close to you), but even really quite during the night ! I recommend ! Easy to access.

Cons: Nothing special.

Great accommodation, location and the best owner we have yet come across.

Pros: Brilliant accommodation in the heart of Rome, very clean, great fresh breakfast, Claudia was the best owner we have come across, constantly checking everything was ok, giving ideas of where to visit. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Séjour parfait à Rome

Pros: Emplacement de l’hôtel parfait pour être proche de toutes les attractions de Rome. Claudia, notre hôte, a été super pour les explications, nous a donné de bonnes adresses de restaurants et nous as permis de laisser nos bagages à l’arrivée et au départ en dehors des heures d’enregistrement, un grand merci 🙏🏼 On reviendra 😊

Cons: Le petit dej est industriel mais ça n’empêche pas de sortir manger un petit bout dans le centre historique qui regorgent de belles choses à voir
