Great apartment in a good location

Pros: This is a good apartment, close to many attractions and there are several restaurants nearby. The apartment is spacious with comfortable beds and a well equipped kitchen, although we didn’t use it much as we were only staying for a few days. The host kept in touch to check our arrival time and send instructions on how to enter the property

Cons: The online check in system was a bit difficult to use, some instructions were unclear but this could have been a translation issue.

Brilliant. Clean and spacious with spectacular views.

Pros: Fantastic views, clean and spacious for a family of four with two teenagers. Very well placed for public transport, shopping and cafes.

Nice apartments for those who like old-style houses.

Pros: The location of the apartments is very convenient, the apartments are clean and comfortable. The apartments are located on the top floor, offering a panoramic view of the roofs of old buildings. If you like old buildings and old elevators, then these apartments are just right for you.

Cons: The apartments were cold upon arrival. The internet connection is weak. There were four of us traveling. When four internet users were connected, the connection was very weak, so we used mobile data. We also had problems with the electrical installation. The power went out while we were cooking because several electrical appliances were turned on at the same time. We had to regulate the use of appliances.

Our 2nd stay at this apartment- speaks for itself

Pros: Great location near some fantastic restaurants, bus stops etc. The balcony was stunning with views of the Colosseum, Palatine Hill and the rear of Trajans Market. The lift was a godsend although small. Francesca links to you on WhatsApp and the few little issues we had were dealt with the same day.

Cons: For our party of 4 adults, we would have preferred 2 bathrooms but that’s the compromise for staying in such a great location with the views.

Fully recommend for those who travel inc company or with family with kids.

Pros: First of all it is a beautiful view from balcony. It is the main thing I always looking for when book places to stay. It was nice to drink coffee on the balcony, reading a book among all this beauty that surrounds you and cheers you up. Nice location near Coliseum, 15 min walk only. There was everything in flat. 2 separate rooms, for 4 people enough space to sleep in comfort. Air conditioning gives you extra comfort after long day sightseeing.

Cons: We had some problems with fridge and electricity. But everything could be managed with helpful host Francesca. She answered us by WhatsApp all day.

The terrace view is worth it!

Pros: The view from the balcony was beautiful. The apartment is in a great area, some great restaurants around. Everything you need in the kitchen for your cooking needs. Enough coffee pods for the entire stay and coffee machine were a good bonus.

Cons: The only thing that made the stay slightly uncomfortable were super hard pillows. I ended up changing one of the bed pillows to a throw pillow from the sofa and it was better, softer. That's the only reason I took a few points off the rating. Otherwise it would be 10.

Pros: Very central. Monti great area for restaurants,bars,transport options,close to attractions like Colosseum.

Great place in perfect location!

Pros: Absolutely perfect location! Nice place with enough space for two couples and pull out bed

Pros: Excellent location, good facilities and very helpful staff.

Cons: Our booking gave a checkout time of 10;30am while the info on the table gave it as 10:00am. The cleaners arrived at 10:00am and they were very unpleased that we were not leaving until 10:30. It was an unnecessary confrontation and the departure time needs to be the same with Booking.com and with the Cleaners!!!!!

My family and I had a lovely stay at this apartment.

Pros: The proximity to attractions is amazing. The balcony and the feel of the neighbourhood is fantastic.

Cons: The bathroom need a little renewing. We also had difficulty preventing water peeking from the a/c n the main bedroom.
