Pros: I had a fantastic stay at the Colosseum Terrace Apartment and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area! The apartment is a wonderful holiday home in an incredibly central location — everything you could possibly need is right nearby. Restaurants, shops, and major attractions are all within easy walking distance, which made our trip so convenient and enjoyable. A particularly great bonus is the luggage/locker room located just two houses away. This was extremely helpful for storing bags when departing later in the day. While the check-out time at 10:00 is a bit early and the check-in at 15:00 slightly on the later side, it was manageable and did not take away from the overall excellent experience. Another big plus is the very good restaurant located in the building itself — perfect for a relaxed meal without having to go far. Overall, everything was excellent. A truly lovely place to stay, and I would definitely come back!

Light and spacious central city apartment, great for friends or a family

Pros: The apartment was lovely and spacious with wooden floors, modern artwork and large windows. A well equipped kitchen including dishwasher and gas hob made cooking easy. There were small shops and supermarkets nearby, and a luggage storage facility a few doors away was very useful on the last day after checkout. All the beds including the 5th sofabed were comfortable and despite the central position it was fairly quiet. We enjoyed our drinks on the terrace! Finally it was a good location, about 20min walk from the station and 15min from the Colosseum, and the hosts arranged our airport transfer so it was easy to check in.

Cons: Be aware that to reach the top floor, you will have to climb a gracious marble staircase with 75 steps - with luggage!

Pros: Beautiful terrace, in which we spent many warm mornings and evenings, bright and cozy apartment and very good opportunity for us to check-in earlier. All Roma's nice places are easily reached. Thanks for all!

Pros: Excellent location! Beautiful, spacious apartment designed with imagination and love. Well equipt kitchen and good supply of towels. Good communication with hosts.

Spacious apartment in the heart of Rome.

Pros: Lovely spacious apartment in a superb location. The private outdoor terrace was a real bonus.

Cons: Nothing that would stop us from going again. However it’s probably about due for a redecoration and removal of dead plants on the terrace would improve it.

Pros: Great location, lots provided. Great roof terrace. Friendly host.

Cons: It is up a lot of stairs with no lift

Great stay, staff very good, facilities in the apartment were great.

Pros: Great apartment with plenty of space. Roof terrace was a lovely addition to sit outside. Facilities in the apartment were superb. Very close to Colosseum and wedding cake. Taxi rank just round the corner too. Great place for a family or two couples.

Cons: Bed was a bit too hard. No privacy in main bathroom as window not covered and overlooked by other properties, shower cubicle in second bathroom very small

Pros: La localisation est parfaite pour découvrir Rome et tout faire à pieds. Des restaurants juste à côté et l'appartement reste calme. Les lits sont confortables. En famille, chacun a son espace, il y a de la place et tout est bien équipé. La très grande terrasse est vraiment très agreable.

Cons: L'appartement est bien décoré mais le ménage mériterait d'être un peu mieux fait. La salle de bain surtout.

Pros: Beautiful terrace views close to Colosseum. Apartment was well maintained in a beautiful building.

God lokation for udflugter til seværdigheder i Rom.

Pros: Beliggenhed er rigtig god ift. at man kan gå til langt de fleste seværdigheder. Gaden har en meget hyggelig lokal beliggendhed med gode resturanter og cafeer mv., og ikke mindst Colloseum lige rundt om hjørnet, så gå ikke glip af en Colloseum by-night gå tur.

Cons: Der var ikke nogle større ting, dog kunne lejligheden godt trænge til en generel opfriskning.
