Rental in Rome Palermo apartment

Pros: Location was good with plenty places to eat nearby

Perfect for a city trip with the family

Pros: We stayed in Rome with the whole Family - 4 Kids, 2 Parents for 4 days. The contact before our arrival was perfect, we received all important information. While approaching Rome with the car, we hat Whats-App-Contact to Lordedana in order to arange to meet with her at the apartement. She helped us with the luggage and showed as the appartement. During our stay, she sent us useful information about interesting places. She was extremly friendly and helpful. The appartement was very nice and comfortable for 6 people. Two bathrooms and even a washing maschine. We could walk to all interesting places, that was ideal. Littel Stores to buy food and some nice restaurants are also close. Special thanks to Loredana for everything!

Cons: No Parking and little bit complicated to reach with the car, because of the restricted Zone in Rome, but that is something one would have to take into account when choosing an appartement near the central area, so that was ok. There where only few dishes and a quite small place to prepare food, but quite enough for breakfast.

Great location for sightseeing and restaurants

Pros: Apartment is 15min walk from train station and 10-15min walk to all tourist attractions, Vatican City approx 35min walk. Apartment has 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, very clean and all amenities provided. It is beautifully decorated. Host met us at the apartment for an early check in at no extra charge. Has some lovely restaurants on the doorstep and a couple of mini markets only a minute walk away. Would highly recommend.

Rome Trip

Pros: Loved the location, very central. Check in super easy. Lovely people. Really liked the apartment

Cons: I suggest a new sofa & replace dining table for smaller (takes up to much room).

Pros: Location of apartment just perfect. Evrywhere you can get just for a walk. Stuff was verry friendly and kindness.

Great location, friendly hosts, comfy beds!

Pros: Location a short walk from the Colosseum. Supermarket around the corner, ATM and coffee shop also nearby. Comfy beds, air conditioning works very well. Really powerful and good shower (when there's hot water!)

Cons: 7 of us stayed there and after a few had a shower, we found that it took a while for the hot water to come back. Not a major thing just a minor annoyance. Not a great choice of cups in the apartment and no wine glasses. Only 2 keys available.

Good appartment

Pros: Nice, big appartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Great location, near fontane Di Trevi and other monuments. Almost everything you can reach by foot. In rhe kitchen you have all things for comfirt stay. Alessandro was great host.

Cons: Missing shelfs in the bathroom to put makeup and tooth brush. In the one room there was no wifi.

Céntrico. Espacioso.

Pros: Bien para 6 personas. Muy cerca de todo. Aunque las distancias en Roma son muy grandes. Mucho espacio. Aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones. Cercano a parada de metro y de varios autobuses. Supermercados pequeños cercanos. Varios tipos de restaurantes cercanos. Nevera bien y cocina bastante bien.

Cons: Deberían renovar el menaje de la cocina. Algunos vasos, platos, tenedores y cuchillos que corten un poco mejor. Deben poner un dibujo de cómo manejar los hornillos eléctricos (era un poco lioso). Yo estoy acostumbrado a colchones más rígidos, pero mis acompañantes durmieron todos muy bien.

Molt ben ubicat, apartament molt ben equipat i personal molt amable.

Pros: La zona on està es perfecte, aprop de tot i amb molta opció de restaurants al costat. L’Alessandro ens va a tendre molt bé i l’empresa que ho gestiona també molt bé. L’apartament és ampli i que tingui dos banys és genial. Ben equipat.

Cons: Es una mica humit i té escales a l’interior.

Appartement pratique et proche du centre pour des familles et amis

Pros: Proche de Colisée et du centre, tu es à deux pas du coeur de la ville ce qui est très pratique. Avoir trois vrais chambres est un luxe, surtout pour le prix

Cons: Attention les murs sont fins, mais ça n’empêche pas de dormir
