Would love to stay again

Pros: Wonderful apartment, centrally located with great views from the terrace

The overall experience was memorable. the location, the apartment, the local restaurants.

Pros: The location was close to most of the major attractions including local restaurants. Kikki, the host, was very helpful and responsive to any requests. Kikki provided many recommendations for restaurants and places of interest. The accommodation was very comfortable. Would definitely would return to stay.

Cons: We didn't like the fact that we had to leave after 7 nights. No other comments to raise.

Awe inspiring, beautiful, historic Roma perfect stay

Pros: Just book, the apartment is in a great location, easy for Termi Station, metro, bus stop and taxi rank. You will not find views like this easily. The host Kiki was lovely and helpful, we messaged via WhatsApp great communication. We slept like bricks on this trip, high bed made most of the views. We loved everything and Roma is amazing.

Cons: Absolutely nothing!

Perfect for a Rome trip taking in all Rome has to offer.

Fantastic little spot in a stunning location, a real pleasure, and highly recommended.

Pros: The apartment is in an excellent location, ten minute easy walk from the Termini Station and a 5/10 minute walk to get you right in the mix of Rome's most famous landmarks. The apartment is all about the view...lying on the bed or sitting on the terrace the view of the Vitorriano is absolutely stunning. The facilities are all good for a couple, plenty of storage and kitchen equipment, good wifi, etc. There is a lift to get up to the 4th floor easily and quickly, and it feels very safe and secure with the main entrance door being solid and the apartment having two doors to enter. The bathroom was clean and well laid out. Kiki was very pleasant and helpful, excellent communications and ready to help with any bits we needed during our stay. The only problem was having to leave at the end of our stay, we will certainly miss that view!

Cons: Only small issue - the water pressure in the shower...but I expect that is due to the apartment being on the fourth floor, and it's by no means a major problem.

best location in Rome !

Pros: Good value for money. Location was very central, walking distance to the main points (Colloseum, Piazza Venezia, Trevi Fountain, etc) We walked from Roma Termini to the location and it was only 15-20mins with big suitcases.. Public transport at the doorstep (buses run every 5-10mins) , close to Roma Termini and Metro. Great balcony to enjoy the views with a glass of vino. Beautiful Matisse (orange cat) 🐈 kept us company in the morning and at night on the balcony.

Cons: can't think of anything. wish we stayed longer ! 😁

You can’t top the view, or the company.

Pros: The location is A+. View from the balcony of the Colosseum and Piazza Venezia. Forget paying a fortune at a rooftop for a Spritz. You can have one at home & enjoy one of the best views in the city. Our highlight came in the form of a little ginger cat by the name of Matisse. The chatty and friendly cat would visit us throughout the day & became my snuggle buddy for afternoon siesta. We miss him a great deal.
