Pros: Lovely apartment! Great location. Staff were very helpful

Pros: Central location, helful host, nice and cosy apartment.

Price : performance was in balance

Pros: The location was good, the room was spacious, and the kitchen was okay,.

Cons: but the oven was not working. The bathroom was not really hygienic and could be improved. The shower drain did not work well, leaving your feet in dirty water, so we tried to avoid taking showers because of this.

Pros: Lea and Muhamadali have been amazing at organizing everything and taking care of their clients. We really enjoyed our stay!

Pros: Actually we booked this property in the first place but had some water issues in the last minute and host offered a good flat in the main centre just few steps from Trevi Fountain and really liked their hospitality and very very clean and neat.

Perfect location, comunication

Pros: Really near to the Vatican city, by walking 5 minutes. Very good location. There was everything you need for spending your days in Rome. Valentina was so nice and helpful. If you wanna spend some days in Rome this is really good choice.

Sightseeing trip

Pros: Apartment was in a fantastic location. Excellent transport links bus stop right outside apartment. Lovely size apartment. Heating & internet worked well. Comfortable bed. Apartment was clean. Very nice touch some cold drinks in the fridge, chocolates, tea & coffee. Valentina was very helpful, informative & friendly with clear communication before & throughout our stay. On the second evening we were unable to access the main entrance of the building due to the management company of the building changing the locks & not informing Magneta Collection about this. We contacted Valentina about this she arranged & sent out someone on call to rectify the problem ,to gain entrance & got us a new key very quickly rectified.

Cons: We were advised by Valentina to run the sink tap to start the hot water flowing for the shower to get hot water. This did work however when turning off the sink tap, shower water would then go cold. So the hot tap in the sink needed to be on the whole time during the shower so you could get continous hot water for a shower, the hot sink tap needed to be slowed down so you could get decent water pressure in the shower, also the temperature on the sink & shower needed to be on the hottest position to get a warm shower. We really feel this needs looking at by an engineer to rectify the problem. This has no reflection on Valentinas hosting was professional throughout our stay.

Pros: location is great, very close to Vatican. The flat is very cosy, we enjoyed every day here. There are a lot of cafes, restaurants and shops in the street. A very helpful owner. The bus stop is at the house. 100% recommend

Pros: The host was amazing. So helpful and quick to respond to any messages. The apartment was a great size and so close to the Vatican. There was a bus stop right outside the property that brought us everywhere. Highly recommend.
