Excellent choice for families
Pros: The double bed and the sofa bed were very comfortable. It also had a choice for pillows. Fully equipped (microwave, oven, kettle, soap, even espresso coffee pods, etc). A good touch the various games , made our stay indoors easy with the kids. Looks recently renovated. Supermarket very close. Easy access to attractions with the metro. Good soundproofing from the road. Well equipped bathroom, lots of hanging, towel heater too.
Cons: The noise of the water heater at night. We d like a 4th chair

Pros: The place had everything we needed, including a refrigerator and a washing machine, so my family and I had a very comfortable stay. The location near Termini Station made it easy to get to the airport and major tourist spots.

Excellent stay, convenient, nice host, highly recomend.
Pros: Great host great location and sunny apartment. Clean and had all that you need. The host even had spare umbrellas.
Cons: The lock on bedroom door did not work but was not big issue for us.

Pros: It was small but very clean and it had all the amenities
Cons: It was a little far to walk to the main attractions of the city , however it was a couple of blocks from Termini , the main train and metro station of Rome which made it easy to access the city by metro. Just a few stops away.

The perfect apartment in Rome! Super happy that we found it!
Pros: Lots of facilities (most we did not have a chance to use but were very useful) Very clean and provided everything like shampoo, water, plug adapters, chargers Super close to the train station and lots of lovely restaurants A shop 10 seconds away from the building Could not ask for more

Pros: L'appartamento si trova in una zona molto comoda sia per la vicinanza alla stazione sia per raggiungere il centro (a piedi o con i vari mezzi pubblici che passano in zona). E' dotato di tutto il necessario e viene messo a disposizione tutto ciò che può essere utile per passare qualche giorno (acqua, cialde per il caffè, olio, ecc.). Pulito e piuttosto silenzioso. La comunicazione con la proprietà facile e rapida.

Agradable estancia en Roma
Pros: Que en el apartamento hubiese aceite de oliva, azucar, café, sal, vinagre, hielos, gel, champú, hidratante.....todo lo necesario para entrar y no tener que hacer compras básicas. Rosa superamable y la ubicación, al lado de Termini (trenes y autobuses), muy conveniente y adecuado, incluyendo su supermercado. Estuvimos cómodos y seguros (la puerta pral....de museo, pero ni en Fort KNox: por allí no pasa nadie).
Cons: Ningún problema.
