Great stay, would stay here again

Pros: Excellent location, just a few minutes from Termini station which makes getting around very easy. Two coffee shops literally just outside for morning coffee and breakfast. So many great restaurants, literally 2-3 minute walk away. Comfy beds, we slept really well! The host was very helpful and quick to respond to messages. We would definitely stay here again.

Cons: The street noise is quite loud, although this is to be expected in the middle of a busy city. It didn't disturb our sleep too much as we were so exhausted from all the sight seeing! There is a sewage smell as others have mentioned, but that is also to be expected in an old building. The smell was mainly in the bathroom, and as soon as we opened the windows in the apartment it dissipated very quickly.

Pros: Max was fantastic with communication (He even wished me Happy Birthday, which was a nice touch to notice that it was while we were away!) it was easy to access the building and the apartment, it was spotlessly clean and comfortable, very close to Roma Termini, great value for money! Would absolutely recommend and stay again if we come back to Rome! Faultless!

Cons: Nothing!

Pros: The location was great, walking distance to all major attractions, with many shops, cafes, restaurants around. Host was very reachable, helpful. Apartment was clean, top floor, but with an elevator, which was great.

Cons: The kitchen was a bit small for 5 people, taking into account that this was the only common area to hang out. The plugs did not match the European ones. So make sure there are adaptors, or ask the host to provide them.

Pros: Max's communication was great and he gave useful directions on how to get to the apartment from the station and how to get in.

Cons: The only thing was the slight drain smell but I guess that's inevitable in this age building.

Pros: It was very close to the train/metro station. Very clean, comfortable for two couples. The host was very friendly and helpful. We would stay here again any time. Thank you, Max!

Pros: Отдыхали в компании, удобное расположение апартаментов возле Термини, замечательные комнаты, со всеми удобствами, лифт, внизу кафешка для завтраков, быстро добираться до цетра и достопримечательностей. Внимательный хозяин Максимильян, четко все обьясняет, как добраться и решить любую проблему! Рекомендуем апартаиенты!!!

Pros: Lo ordenado, limpio y lo cerca que estaba de la estación y todo lugar. El dueño muy amable y encantador, volvería sin duda más veces.

Pros: Schöne, helle und große Wohnung. Sehr gut gelegen. Nur 5 Minuten vom Termini zu Fuß entfernt. Gegenüber sind zwei Restaurants. Frühstück bekommt man direkt in der Bar neben dem Haus. Mit der Metro 2 Haltestellen vom Kolosseum und bis zum Vatikan 6 Stationen entfernt. Supermärkte sind auch in der Nähe der Unterkunft. Vieles auch gut fussläufig zu erreichen. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war einwandfrei (deutsche Sprache). Sehr hilfsbereit und arrangiert.
