Pros: An old Italian building located between the Colosseum and the Basilica of St. John Lateran. The location is very good, close to the metro, with shops and bus stops nearby. The apartment was fine and clean, and there was heating. Check-in went smoothly, and we also received help with arranging a taxi from the airport.

Cons: There is little natural light, as the windows face an inner courtyard, so the apartment is quite dark. The kitchen is very small, which may also be a drawback for some, although this is basically visible in the photos.

Well equipped apartment in a quiet, convenient location

Pros: Convenient and friendly check in (after 10.30am), quiet and well equipped apartment in a respectable block, and within walking distance of attractions, good bars and restaurants

Cons: It would have been handy to have an outside drying line and pegs since there's a washing machine in the bathroom. There is something outside but clearly hasn't been used in a while

Pros: The apartment is spacious (except for the sleeping room) nicely decorated, clean. You can see the Colosseum on one end of the street and Basilica St. Giovanni in Laterano on the other. The kitchen is well equipped,if you plan to cook, we did not 🙂 Valentina is very hospitable. Although the official heating season has passed and the city authorities have turned off the radiators, Valentina and her husband turned on the gas heating to make our stay comfortable, since the weather was quite cold in Rome for those few days...

Cons: Minor things .. small bedroom, no wardrobe or drawer for things (although there is plenty of space in the large hall)... but in any case, excellent value for money!

Pros: A lovely well designed 2nd floor property with an elavator. We were greeted by a lovely lady Zhulieta who accommodated our early check in and gave us lots of advice Plenty of space and storage . Near to the Colosseum and transport links.

Cons: The floors were not clean and the air conditioner was poor.

Pros: Very nice and clean apartment, comfortable beds for 4 people. Big wardrobe in the hallway. Washing machine and dishwasher. Very good location - approximately 800 m from Colosseum
