Great location and good vibes.

Pros: Lorenzo was lovely to deal with. Location was great. Easy 7 min stroll to the Colosseum. The styling in the apartment was lovely.

Pros: The location was incredible. Literally a few minutes walk from the Colosseum. The area was amazing with so many great value restaurants and cafes. Our host Luca was so lovely. Met us at the apartmentl and let us check in early with all our luggage after a very long flight from NZ. He even helped contact the airport re our delayed baggage. We were so grateful in a quite stressful time. The apartment is lovely. Perfect for a family with 2 bedrooms. So lucky to have stayed there.

Cons: Maybe having a few extra teatowels etc would be helpful as we were there a few nights. Very little to fault though, everything was fantastic.

Location 10/10!

Pros: Conveniently located a short stroll from the Colosseum. Great restaurants nearby. Readily walked to other tourist destinations and to train station when ready to move on.

Cons: The neighbour alongsiude the main bedroom had long, incredibly loud conversations between Midnight and 1AM that were disruptive. Hopefully they were also a temporary guest in the building. Otherwise the accom was perfect.

Knowledgeable and trustworthy host

Pros: Luca is a very trustworthy host. Upon check-in, he not only explained everything related to the house, he also gave a very knowledgeable introduction to major attractions within walking distance. This knowledge proved to be very helpful, and saved us tons of time.

An excellent apartment and I can highly recommend this as a place to stay for a very central location.

Pros: The location is excellent. You can see the Colosseum as soon as you step out of the door. Luca the host/owner met us on arrival and explained everything to us. He even provided a map and highlighted the main places to visit and explained the underground system. A very nice spacious apartment. There is a small shop located right by the apartment and a larger supermarket just a 5 minute walk away. As well plenty of cafes and restaurants.

Cons: The descriptions mentions a patio. This was a communal patio leading to the stairways for the whole block not a patio connected to the apartment itself. However, it was very quiet and peaceful.

Had the best time in Rome - location of this property was excellent - definitely will come back

Pros: It was very comfortable and we were supplied with the necessary toiletries etc for our stay - which was really appreciated as we did not receive our luggage until 24 hours later than arrival. The property was located about 5 mins walk from Colosseum at end of our road and there were lots of local restaurants close to property and all well priced. It was also a 10 mins walk to metro which we took to Vatican City. Luca met us at property and wS so nice, friendly and very accommodating, exactly what we needed. We will definitely come back to this property.

Cons: Nothing at all to complain about. Another comfy seat in lounge area would be nice but not essential.

Clean and comfortable apartment

Pros: Luca waited for us and explained everything in details. He helped us to arranged transportation to the airport. The apartment is cleaned and the rooms are big and comfortable.

Cons: When we arrived the apartment was sprayed heavily with air freshener. We wish they did not do that as some of us were allergic to the scent.

Pros: The apartment is in a very good location, and the condition of the apartment was very good. Our host Luca waited for us and welcomed us and gave detailed info on the apartment and the surrounding area. The checking and checkout process was simple. Very good sized bedrooms, the living room was little small but didn't made any difference to our experience.
