Cool & quirky place a short walk from the Colosseum

Pros: The property was in a great location, a short walk from the Colosseum. Easy access. Safe and secure. We stayed with our kids and there was plenty of room for us. Great restaurants near by. And our hosts were wonderful people, made our stay very easy!

Pros: Francesco was a super good host. We arrived late but could communicate with him. His English is excellent and makes the communication so easy. The apartment is comfortable and very clean and beautiful. Great location. Francesco is very kind and helpful and let us check out very late. We really appreciate the kindness. This place is highly recommended.

Amazing place to be when visiting Rome

Pros: It was a great pleasure to stay in Monica and Luca's beautiful apartment. It is very originally furnished and cozy. It was very clean. The kitchen was well equipped to prepare a meal. We had coffee, tea, olive oil and other spices and pasta. There were products available for the dishwasher and washing machine. There was also a dryer, which made our life very easy. There was an ironing board and iron. We could use umbrellas that were at our disposal. The area is very peaceful and quiet despite the proximity to the city center. Many thanks to Monica for the friendly welcome and farewell to us. She was very helpful and gave us a lot of tips. I highly recommend Monica and Luca's apartment.

Cons: The mattresses were very soft, something we are not used to. But in the context of the whole apartment, this is a small detail. The stay suited us very well and we have nothing bad to say about the apartment.

Very nice, too short, and for sure to be repeated. Thank you to the host for this great moment.

Pros: The host greeted us personally at the door downstairs. Very friendly and thoughtful person. She also helped us to find places to eat and gave recommendations regarding tourist attractions.

Excellent all around stay for four people.

Pros: The location was amazing for viewing the Colosseum. Personal suggestions for where to eat and how to get taxi etc. Elevator was a big plus.

Cons: Be aware that the second bathroom upstairs in the loft area is without a shower and navigating the stairs to the loft bedroom could be a challenge for some.

Pros: L'appartamento è molto vicino alle principali attrazioni turistiche ed è anche spazioso.

Cons: La doccia è presente in uno dei 2 bagni. Inoltre sarebbe utile avere le prese elettriche in entrambi i bagni.

Perfect place to stay and a perfect host to match!

Pros: Monica was amazing! She arranged our transport to and from the apartment and met us there. Monica took us through the entire apartment and explained everything, then went over a map of Rome with us and what train lines to catch to the Vatican. She was full of tips on everything. We even had bathrobes and slippers left for us!! Told us where to ask for a discount! We loved every minute of our stay! The apartment is in a perfect location! Most things were in walking distance. We would definitely come back to this amazing apartment and it’s friendly owner. Nothing was a hassle for her!

Geweldig

Pros: Het prachtige, gezellig ingerichte appartement, de zeer aardige gastvrouw en - heer. We hadden vertraging met het vliegtuig en kwamen midden in de nacht aan. Dat was geen enkel probleem. Een aardige attentie vonden we in de koelkast. Eén van ons kan niet goed lopen, de faciliteiten voor hem waren uitstekend. En de ligging is op een toplocatie.
