The hotels look clean, there was microwave. Very handy

Pros: Location is good but no lift to 6th floor stops at 5th floor. Staff help us with our luggage to 6th floor.

Cons: I saw crawling insects in the bathroom at night. I was that scared it might go into the room.

Overall, it was brilliant . I had asked for extra toilet rolls and towels these were provided.

Pros: The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen and clothes washing machine were great too. The location was magnificent and very very central.

Cons: The shower hardly has any water pressure , this was possibly the biggest let down. Also, it rained and the outside balcony area completely flooded and try as I might, the water couldn’t be swept down the drain. This was not very hygienic.

A great apartment in the heart of the city, a perfect base for exploring all that Rome has to offer.

Pros: The apartment is superbly located very close to the Colosseum with several excellent eateries, bars and shops nearby, as well as a small but well-stocked supermarket. The apartment itself was immaculately presented, with a comfortable double bed and above average sofa-bed for sleeping, a dining table and chairs, and kitchen area. The kitchen was well-stocked with adequate utensils, appliances and crockery for 4 people, with a washing machine and dishwasher. The shower and bathroom more than met my needs, and the outdoor area was a great spot to enjoy morning coffee.

Cons: There was nothing to complain about (although I couldn't find the remote control for the tv!)

Fabulous stay in Rome

Pros: Brilliant location. Collosium at the end of the street. Everything within walking distance. Supermarkets, restaurants close by. Host very nice.Apartment had everything you needed for your stay.

Very calm yet located in an excellent place.

Pros: Very flexible and kind host, letting us do an early check in.

Pros: Great location. Easy walk to Coliseum. Supermarket near by. Quiet location away from the road. We did have some delay is reply when messaging when arriving in Rome. Reply came later on booking.com and was met at the door. Washing machine was handy but needed more options to dry clothes.

Pros: The location was fantastic with the Colosseum at the end of the street and a majority of the sites within walking distance from the apartment. Many restaurants in this location. Raffaele met us at the apartment to hand over the keys and if we needed to communicate with him via WhatsApp, he responded in a timely manner. Would recommend this apartment for a stay in Rome.

Cons: The shower is a little on the small size but standard for Europe but with plenty of hot water.

Very good!

Pros: Location! It’s located next to the colosseum. Many eating options around. The building is quite safe, the apartment is spacious and well laid out. Had all the facilities. Raffaele even helped out with providing an iron upon request. The aircon did a good job! The patio was very useful for drying clothes!

Cons: The toilet is a bit dated/cramped and can use an uplift. For tall people the shower may feel cramped, but totally functional.

Great location and large space for central Rome

Pros: The location 10 minutes from the Colosseum was great. The bed was very comfortable and space in the apartment good with lovely light coming in from the patio. It was very helpful to have a washing machine and drying rack.The person who checked us in was very helpful.

Cons: The hot water cylinder was quite small because on the first night we ran out of hot water after 1 shower. After that we just planned our showers better! The bedroom window is over the central area where everyone enters and exits all the surrounding apartments. Unfortunately the neighbours slammed the entrance door(s), talked loudly and we could hear people on the stairs late at night and early in the morning.

Pros: Excelent location, few steps walking from Coloseum. Nice apartment with all you need .

Cons: I was charged with 25 euro extra because I made check in in a Holliday day !!! After they give me an contract were they ask me approval for 200 euro , as a guarantee. All those where not written in description of policy of the property !!! Bed taste isn't it ?!
