Appartamento Fiore Roma San Pietro

Pros: Our stay at apartment Fiore was perfect! The apartment is really nice. The bedrooms are nicely furnished and comfortable. There is a nice spacious bathroom with great shower, toilet and bidet, there was soap, hairdryer and big mirror. Kitchen was fully equipped for cooking, it has also moka and teapot, wine glasses. What we really loved was that there was coffee, tea bags, sugar and some snacks for breakfast and bottled water. After a long journey it was really nice bonus. What makes this place special is the host - the owner and his wife. They are really welcoming and hospitable. They were helpful with every single detail, checking if we needed anything, giving information and recommendations for places, restaurants, shops as well as traffic. They made a reservation at a restaurant for us, offered assistance with transport. Besides Italian, they speak very good English. We loved our stay at Apartamento Fiore and we will surely return ☺️

Pros: Stefano is very kind and helpful person. There was no problem with check in very late at night. He helped us to get to the apartament when buses and trains from airport didn't work because of night break. He explain everything very well about metro and neighberhood. I strongly recimend to stay at this place. Thank you Stefano. It was very nice to meeting you and stay at your apartament.

Cons: Sometimes a bit noisy but that is normal in Italian houses in a big city, no big problem

Pros: The host is excellent! We arrived quit late in the evening, still he came to the apartment gave us the keys and explained how to get to the sites, where to shop etc. The place very clean, with all you need to feel yourself comfortable. The access is easy to the city center! Shopping center is close! Neighborhood is safe, quiet. Parking free or paid also available. Enjoyed our stay a lot! Thank you, next time for sure we will go back :)

Pros: Our stay was fantastic thanks to our amazing host. He is the friendliest host we have ever met, always ready to assist with any issue we encountered during our visit to Rome. From helping with our room to providing comprehensive guidance on navigating the city, he was always there with a solution. The rooms were impeccably clean, and the location was perfect. We highly recommend staying here!

Cons: I did not find anything bad here.

Pros: Lovely apartment with everything you could need. Really friendly and helpful staff. The local area is further out of central Rome, but really easy access to public transport so you can be in the centre of Rome within 20 minutes. There is a lovely park and play area opposite and a good mall 200m down the road. Brilliant little market and deli in-between the metro and the apartment.

Cons: The apartment is in a block of flats so you can hear all the noise from the neighbours. Not really an issue.

A wonderful stay

Pros: Spacious apartment, modern and comfortable furniture, equipped with all necessary appliances. Peacefull neighborhood, easy access to the subway (very important). Very close to Mall Aura and it’s supermarket. Very good communication with the owner, who was very kind and available.

Cons: Everything was OK

Exceptional 10/10

Pros: It was a wonderful apartment in central position. Just 5 minutes to the metro and bus (15 minutes walk to Vatican). Mall and food stores are nearby. The apartment is modern, new and very clean. The host gave us good tips and informations about Rom, he was very friendly and the communication was easy.
