Aurelio Vatican Apartment

Great location, spacious apartment, good experience

Pros: Great apartment, close to the metro, busses, Vatican, food stores, but still not in a noisy area. It is a great place, with 3 bedrooms, each one has a bad with a good mattras. The rooms are big enough, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Coffee capsules were also available for free. The two bathrooms were useful. The apartment has two balconies, too. There is also a playground next to the apartment. We really loved the location!

Cons: The apartment could have been cleaner.

Nice apartment for large families

Pros: The number of individual rooms and the 2 bathrooms - enogh comfy and independent for more family members

Our family definitely recommends this place.

Pros: Good location around 10 minutes walk from aurellla station, small mall with grocery store at the bottom of the street. The neighbourhood is safe as we always arrived late at night every day and no issues encountered. The apartment was very clean and well thought of. All amenities are good except for the aircon which kept on tripping the electric. We hope that this is mended. Without aircon, the apartment has open verandas and good ventilation which helped when the air conditioning did not work.

A very good place to see Rome

Pros: We stayed there as a family of 5 persons. The place is very comfortable and spacious to stay for visiting Rome. Metro and bus stops are less than 5 min away. A good shop to get all needed products is also a couple of minutes away. The building is away from busy streets, so no traffic noise. The photos of the apartment and the entrance to the building are very informative and truly reflect the main features. The place for us was clean, and had almost everything that may be needed (the only thing that could take the stay to perfection was the lack of an iron, but that was just a good to have feature). All the bedrooms and living room of the apartment had A/C, what should be a very useful thing on hot summer days. The communication with the host was perfect - we got all information about check-in, getting the keys and fast response to all the questions. We would come back there without any doubt.

Cons: For those who need a very quite place - there could be some issues with the sounds from inner yard neighbors, as the building has round-closed inner yard and sounds from balconies in front are heard (the windows are not soundproof) and also the sounds from the neighbor apartments may be heard. But that was not a very big problem for us and it is mentioned just to give the honest review.

Pros: Locația este foarte aproape de metrou și astfel ajungi ușor la importantele obiective turistice, dar și foarte aproape de supermarket. Este un centru comercial gen mal cu supermarket la parter plus alte magazine de haine chiar in capul străzii la nici 300 m.

Pros: Struttura pulita, vicino alla metro, ben tenuta, proprietario molto disponibile, assistenza immediata.

Cons: Niente, era tutto perfetto

Soggiorno piacevole

Pros: Appartamento nuovo, arredato nei minimi particolari. Vicino la Metro Valle Aurelia. Centro commerciale a due passi. Zona tranquilla.

Magnifique séjour !

Pros: L’appartement situé au quatrième étage est très bien ! Bien isolé par rapport à la rue et des autres logements dans l’immeuble. Le quartier est très calme (une chambre et le salon donnent côté rue bordée par un parc, les deux autres chambres sont sur la cour intérieure). Les équipements et la literie sont modernes. Une salle de bain a été entièrement rénovée et est neuve. Chaque chambre dispose d’une climatisation. Le logement est situé à proximité immédiate (3 minutes à pied) d’un centre commercial. Et à moins de 10 minutes à pied de la station de métro Valle Aurelia. Pour ceux voyageant en voiture, à moins de 2 minutes à pied, vous avez la possibilité de garer votre véhicule dans un parking sécurisé (moyennant frais). Nico vous envoie toutes les informations par whatsapp. Nous n’avons eu aucun problème d’électricité comme un locataire l’avait signalé avant nous. Nous conseillons vraiment ce logement ! Nous y retournerions volontiers.

Cons: La propreté du sol. Apparemment, le sol est aspiré ou balayé (pas sous le canapé…) mais pas lavé : nous avions les pieds noirs de marcher à pied nu.
