Exceptional quality apartment

Pros: The apartment was great, it was freshly renovated and clean. It had everything ones may need for a longer living. They had fully equipped kitchen and bathrooms, iron, vacuum cleaner, toster, etc. So everything they claimed to have was there, was new and functioned well. A huge plus is air conditioning in every room. The location was good. It is 5 minutes away from a red subway line and it also has a small mall right across the road. The district seemed to be safe.

Cons: We’ve given a very high score (10) to this apartment because it doesn’t have any significant flaws. However I will mention a few small things, we found missing: - kitchen towels - dishwashing liquid was running low - the WiFi was getting disconnected - gazer coffee maker was confusing, given that there was an induction stove - the balcony was a bit too noisy and too hot as air conditioning vent was there

Wonderful apartment near Vatican

Pros: I travel often and often I rent an apartment. This one is among the best I've had so far. Very close to Vatican, renovated, clean, equipped totally with everything you need. Two bedrooms tow bathrooms, kitchen and dining room, perfect. Very close to the AURA shopping mall (across the street), metro 2 minutes walk and the bus station in front of the building (almost, just couple of meters from the building. So, enough space, nice apartment, perfect place to stay in marvelous Rome. We were with two daughters (13 and 10) and we didn't need anything more then this.

Cons: Dish washing machine should be repaired a little bit. It works but it doesn't wash good. So, nothing special, just a note to the owner. And I didn't like we could not stay more, we had to go back home :-)

Nos ha encantado, volveremos !!!

Pros: La verdad que nos encantó! Está muy prolijo, bien organizado y para una familia es muy cómodo!

Cons: Lo único para que tengan en cuenta los propietarios, hay pequeños detalles de limpieza que podrían mejorar, los muebles de la cocina estaban un un poco sucios, paredes con rayaduras y manchas. La verdad que eso igual no es algo que nos haya molestado, y lo agrego solo porque nos gustó tanto que podría ser un 10 sin esos detalles. Está lejos del centro! Pero a una/dos calles tienes el metro que te deja allí, muy bien conectado!

Pros: Casa con arredamento moderno in ottimo stato, pulito, ben accessoriato, caldo e funzionale agli spostamenti data la posizione in area ben fornita di ogni servizio utile (centro commerciale, bar, farmacia, tabaccheria e Tigre, fermata bus sulla via e metro e stazione treni vicinissime)

Cons: La moka presente per fare il caffè non è compatibile con la piastra in cucina così come il bricco piccolo per scaldare magari latte o acqua per the o tisane.

Pros: Lokacija, blizina metroa i trgovačkog centra. Udobnost i komfor apartmana. Udobni kreveti i premekani ručnici. Grijanje odlično.

Cons: Čistoća kuhinje, sudopera, frižidera, posuđa vrlo loše. Isti slučaj i sa kupaonicom. Potrebno generalno čišćenje i kuhinje i kupaonice. Obavezno promijeniti perlatore na svim pipama u stanu. Obavezno imati pun mobitel inače ne možete ući u stan i zgradu.

Pros: Superó mis expectativas , súper bien ubicado , conectado por todos lados , enfrente un centro comercial con un súper , el departamento súper amplio , limpio , todo nuevo , tiene todo lo necesario , lo recomiendo ampliamente para una familia .

Cons: Todo nos gustó

Ce séjour est une bonne découverte

Pros: l'équipement du logement est assez complet, lave linge et lave vaisselle sont un vrai plus. L'appartement est bien situé, le métro est à côté et le centre commercial pour les courses sont juste en traversant la route.

Cons: Il serait bon de faire un entretien sur le lave vaisselle car on voit bien le calcaire dans la machine mais il fonctionne bien sans problème.

Pros: Всё новое, чистое, даже подставки под чемоданы есть...

Cons: Гейзерная кофеварка алюминиевая- не подходит к индукционной плите

Pros: Maravilloso para unas vacaciones en Roma, cerca del metro y del vaticano, buen barrio y el apartamento muy arreglado y moderno con todas las comodidades.
