TERRACED APARTMENT - Metro to Vatican & center

Pros: The apartman was very clean and in a good location. We received all the instructions in advance. We really liked the layout of the apartman. Everything was great.

Spacious apartment in good location

Pros: From booking there was excellent communication from the host to advise the location and what to expect. On the day of arrival Guido kept in touch with us via WhatsApp to advise on how to reach the apartment etc. Guido met us at the apartment and showed us around and explained everything well. The apartment is located very close to the Metro, ground floor, very spacious with large living room dining area. A breakfast bar and large dining table. The kitchen is very well equipped of cups, plates wine glasses etc. there is a washing machine and dishwasher and utility room. Sleeps up to 8, 3 double bedrooms, 2 with en suite. 2 single sofa beds in the living room. Shower gel and shampoo provided which was a nice touch. There is a large sun terrace which is exclusive to the apartment. There was a cleaning cupboard with cleaning supplies and loo rolls. Towels supplied. An excellent place to stay

Cons: The apartment is clean but there were a few things that need a bit more attention . The dishwasher wasn’t very clean and the filter was blocked which we had to clean. The floors hadn’t been mopped as those walking in bare feet ended up with black feet

PERFECT place to stay in Rome!

Pros: This is an amazing place with amazing host! Communication and care of Guido before our arrival and during our stay was simply incredible. Transfer from the airport to the apartment was as smooth as it could possibly be (it was arranged by host). Guido met us at the apartment, showed and explained everything, gave us lots of good tips for visiting the city, showed places on the map and even send some recommendations for places to taste real Italian food. The apartment itself is huge, clean and it has absolutely everything that you might need for your short or long stay. Also, it has a nice terrace! Location is perfect - surrounded by local business, shops, restaurants, coffee shops. Metro stop is just outside the apartment. Only couple of stops - and you are at the Vatican. Few more stops - and you reach Spanish Steps.

Pros: Bardzo duży i przestronny apartament, byliśmy w 8 osób i świetnie się sprawdził. W pełni wyposażona kuchnią oraz duży taras. W okolicy liczne sklepy oraz kawiarnie. Bardzo blisko stacja metra, którą można dojechać do centrum. Obsługa przyjęła nas bardzo miło i udzieliła wszystkich niezbędnych informacji. Bardzo dobry kontakt przed przyjazdem jak i w trakcie pobytu. Bardzo polecam tą lokalizację i apartament na krótki jak i dłuższy pobyt.

Cons: Kontakt oraz obsługa przyjazdu. Bardzo duży apartament. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia.

Pros: Прекрасен и голям апартамент в изключителна близост до метрото. Много учтив и отзивчив домакин.

bel appartement confort et proche métro

Pros: Laura et Guido font un excellent travail, depuis la réservation jusqu'à l'acceuil. L'appartement est vraiment confort, calme et totalement équipé. Aucune mauvaise surprise, tout était vraiment conforme à l'annonce et à nos attente. nous étions 6 personnes à y séjourner , et cet appartement a vraiment fait l'unanimité, tant pour le confort que la localisation si proche du métro. A recommander sans hésiter pour des groupes.
