Pros: - great location (closed to metro A) - very clean, comfortable, modern equipment - very helpful and open approach of the owners (possibility to leave the lagguages before check-in time)

Cons: Everything was simply perfect, we were not missing anything.

Great stay in Rome

Pros: It is a very modern with 3 bedrooms which can stay up to 5 persons. Since we have only 3 persons, each of us can have own room with privacy. The property also includes laundry room and a fully functional kitchen. The welcome fruits basket and wine are little surprise for us.

Cons: Location is a bit out from tourist center but it is well connected to metro A.

Pros: Big, comfortable apartment, with three bedrooms, laundry, kitchen and a living room. Apartament was in a good shape, surely has been recently refurbished. Good location near A metro station, and BUS stops. Amazing place for sigthseeing in Rome

Pros: EXEPTIONAL STAY, SPACIOUS, CLEAN, WELCOMING Sarah was very responsive and helpful before and during our stay. Mauro and his father welcomed us warmly, which made us feel right at home. The apartment is spacious, super clean, and recently renovated, with everything you might need. For us, the coffee, tea, cold water in the fridge were perfect little touches. Check-in was smooth with clear instructions, and we liked having the option of self check-in or a personal welcome. The location near the metro is also a big plus. Would definitely stay here again!

Pros: One of the best apartments we had, and I travel a lot. Very spacious, very clean, you have absolutely everything you might need. Sara is very helpful as a host, always in touch when required, easy check in and check out, a nice welcome gift on arrival as well. Very convenient location to explore Rome and Vatican, as a metro station is only a 5 min walk, grocery shops, coffee and cafes - all nearby. I definitely recommend this place. There were five of us, and everyone was happy with our choice.

Cons: Alles!

Pros: Vynikající lokalita, blízko metra, v dosahu vlakového nádraží. Hostitel nám připravil na uvítanou láhev prosecca, v lednici byla připravena voda, džus, koláč, dostali jsme mísu ovoce... Jedná se o velký byt se třemi ložnicemi, prádelnou, kuchyní a obývacím pokojem. Pro 5 osob naprosto skvělé místo. Pro každou osobu 3 ručníky. Postele byly pohodlné. Kuchyň vybavená, k dispozici kapsle do kávovaru, čaj a základní potraviny k přípravě jídla (olej, sůl, cukr...). V koupelně k dispozici veškeré toaletní potřeby (sprchový gel, šampon, kondicionér, odličovací tampony, fén...) Úžasné místo pro poznávání památek v Římě.

Cons: lehce byly cítit v koupelně odpady, ale to majitel neovlivní
