AURA APARTMENT

Good location

Pros: I've chosen this accommodation for its location: close to both the subway and the train station for the Fiumicino airport (not the express line, but FL1). In addition, bus 85 takes you to city center. The closest subway station was closed during our stay (until 6 Nov), but it was still close enough to reach the second closest station, so the location really is great. You have plenty of places to eat or shop for groceries nearby. The apartment was clean with enough space for 4 people. We appreciated the coffee capsules in the mornings. I liked the online check-in and the cool way of opening the building and the apartment doors using the phone. Thank you very much for the thoughtful welcome gift as well.

Cons: I recommend fixing the doors hinges inside the apartment. Everything is newly renovated, but the doors need a bit of attention to be able to open/close without noise (this matters only during the night). Some slippers would be nice.

Pros: Very nice, clean and fully equiped flat with enough space and everything needed for our trip. Really comfortable bed. Great location, near metro, only several stops from city center, also no problem to get via public transport from airport. Entry to building and to flat is via code, so no issues. Friendly communication with owner. There are shops, bars, restaurants near the flat. We can recommend.

Pros: Mieszkanie było bardzo czyste i zadbane. Wszystko zgodnie z opisem i tak ja na zdjęciach. Największą zaletą tego mieszkania jest to, że jest super skomunikowane. Kilka minut pieszo do metra i przystanków autobusowych. Wszędzie bez problemu można dojechać. W pobliżu znajduje się też sporo sklepów, marketów, restauracji i kawiarenek. Dzielnica jest spokojna i wydaje się być bezpieczna. Byliśmy tydzień i nie mieliśmy ani jednego incydentu, który by nas zaniepokoił. Polecam!

Pros: Lokalizacja- blisko metro, sklepy, pizzeria na wypad wieczorem, kawa i ciastko na rano bez tłoku. Fakt opcji otwierania drzwi bez klucza dał komfort przybycia o każdej porze- ważne bo przylecieliśmy późno. Netflix na wieczór po długich spacerach tez na plus. Kontakt z wlascielem miły i nie nachalny. Dziękuję.

Cons: Wszystko ok. Słychać sąsiadów ale to chyba norma w takim miejscu. Nie było to złe.

Pros: Schoon en ruim appartement, dichtbij metrostation. Supermarkt, winkels en restaurants vlakbij. Appartement in rustige straat.

Unas vacaciones en Roma inolvidables

Pros: Apartamento limpio, ordenado y espacioso. Con todo lo necesario para una agradable estancia. A 5 minutos caminando del metro Furio Camilo que nos comunicaba con el centro en pocos minutos y a 12 minutos de la estación de tren Tuscolana, con tren directo al aeropuerto. Rodeado de supermercados y de todos los servicios necesarios, en un barrio tranquilo y agradable. Check in sencillo, con acceso al apartamento a través de codigo. El anfitrión Stefano muy atento y detallista. Alojamiento inmejorable para recomendar y para volver sin duda. Unas vacaciones inolvidables.

Cons: Nos gustó todo

Pros: 房间里该有的设施都有。沙发床难得地还比较舒服。 房东Stefano非常友好，回复消息非常及时。 周边有不少小杂货店和超市，距离Furio Camillo地铁站大概只需要步行5分钟，地铁10分钟就能到Roma Termini，考虑到相对便宜的价格，性价比还算不错。

Cons: 公寓门上的电子锁打开时有点费劲，还容易伤手。我老公第一次开门时伤到手，留了不少血。 房间里的设施虽然比较齐全，但是也比较简单和基础，而房间的隔音不太好。但是考虑到价格，这些也是可以接受的。 最影响住宿体验的淋浴间非常窄小，难以转身，如果你的身材比较高大，可能需要注意这一点。

Pros: Poziționare comodă, aproape de Metro și stație de autobuz. Market mare în apropiere, parc.

Pros: Clean and comfortable apartment in a good place. Close to the centre of the city, only 20 minutes by metro. The metro station is 5 minutes by walk. There are a lot of supermarkets and places to eat not far from the apartment. There is everything you need for a pleasant stay: comfortable bed, rather good sofa, internet, cooking utensils, washing machine. The bed lining and towels are new and clean. The owner was so kind to let us check-in 1,5 hours earlier. The only thing you should keep in mind is not to move chairs across the floor because if you do so, expect the visit of a neighbour from the floor below.
