The best holiday we’ve ever had, we felt right at home 💖
Pros: Honestly, everything! The apartment was cozy, modern, spotless, and beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, truly one of the sweetest people we’ve met :) The area was great too full of supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, and the metro just five minutes away, which made getting around Rome super easy.
Cons: Nothing at all everything was perfect!

Pros: The location is good, near Furio Camillo metro station. The apartment was clean, fully equipped and fully air-conditioned which was important because of the heat!
Cons: The only negative for us was that although we specifically asked for late check-in (20.00-21.00) before booking the apartment, the owner contacted me through WhatsApp one day before my arrival and noted that for check-in after 20.00 there was a charge €30 and also asked for copies of our identidies! After I complained that those charges weren't listed anywhere on booking.com she told me it's OK until 21.00 is free of charge! Also I didn't send copy of our identidies through WhatsApp! I thought that was strange as booking.com has all our information. Anyway when we arrived her hudsband took a photo of our ids he said it was for the police if anything occurs!

Pros: Lovely apartment with the amenities needed. Close to a train station that got us to most major sites with ease. The host was lovely and checked us in personally.
Cons: Although we appreciated the option to check in early, the price was quite high. The floors weren't very clean, swept but not mopped, ended up with dirty feet from indoors. The washing machine turns off when you leave the house, as all electricals (other than the fridge) are connected to the key, similar to a hotel room.

Pros: the cleanliness, the owner's attitude and the compliment with the coffee and tea!
Cons: It seemed to us that the walls were made of plasterboard and it would be advisable for the cleaning staff to pay attention to the well-cleaned dining utensils.

Superou todas as minhas expectativas.
Pros: Tudo real e excepcional , tudo em ordem, tudo bem sinalizado e tudo bem explicado, instalações novas, tudo novo , anfitriões on line para tirar dúvidas. Mercado perto, metrô perto e bem localizado para o turista. Realmente foi um dos melhores que já me hospedei. Obrigado Dimora Appia.

Pros: All praise for this apartment. The hosts are very friendly, and we quickly agreed on everything. The apartment’s location is great because it’s close to a metro station, and within a few minutes, you can be in the city center. The accommodation is very clean and has a modern look, equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay.
